I do see nobody is happy about this branch. Yet it is still open and “functioning”. Was closed for 1 month for “renovation”. After that you cannot access it at all. The doors are supposed to open with your debit card for ATM access yet I tried more than ten times, the signal beeps to “open” but no matter how hard you pull the door is closed. It’s a joke. Citibank overall is a joke of a bank, not sure why I am still a customer after so many disappointing experiences with them. I think it is time to reconsider it.

Called the branch to make an appointment for my brother to open a business account who doesn't speak English, they told me they will not open an account for a person who doesn't speak English (doesn't understand what is he opening). This is ridiculous and DISCRIMINATING. No one has to speak English to start a business and even open a bank account. I told the representative I will be there with my brother to help him understand. If you refuse to provide a service than you have to have an interpreter in the branch or over the phone.

I've been a Citibank customer over 10 years, but I'll be closing my accounts, filing a claim, and taking my business elsewhere. I recently deposited a check from the US government into my account, and I go to use my app & card, and I couldn't access it. I called the 800 # and was told a security freeze was placed on my account by this branch. I've worked for the government for years, and deposited large checks before w/o issue. My account remains in good standing 10+yrs. I understand a 1-2 day hold to very funds, but my account is literally frozen on a Saturday, and I have no access to funds. This will have a ripple effect on bills needing to be withdrawn. I had a funny feeling the teller had an issue with an African American woman coming in depositing a large check into an account that already had a good amount of funds. She or her manager could've addressed their issues or concerns with me while I was there. This was a major inconvenience and discrimination at its finest. I will take this matter further, and they're losing a valued customer.

Do not get their credit card, if you don't use it after some time they will lower your credit limit without telling you which significantly changes your score and your balance ratio. No other credit card company does this

Customer service unmatched! The young man that helped me was just super helpful and solved my issues. His mannerisms were excellent and the way he was just so calm. I believe his name was Willy. Definitely would come back to this branch for this gentleman. Again super sweet person

I walked in to open a business account and the lady at the counter informs me that I need to make an appointment because they close in 1 hour. I guess they don't need my business account there. An hour is sufficient time to open an account. Poor customer service.

Worst experience ever. I came to open an account. This man was very rude and sarcastic . Do not go here to open any account I do not recommend it. Just terrible customer service. I asked for someone else to help me because he was so in unprofessional he told me get up and find someone because I won't find anybody. He laughed in my face and left me sitting there. Then the manager came and all she said was hi and said nothing . Left me standing there and didn't help me open a bank account. I own many businesses and was about to open many accounts. Also I've gone to many banks and this has never happen . I've never been so disrespected and treated bad at a bank. It was so bad I'm writing on here. He was sarcastic and rude. Note : Guys name was Christian Trujillo.

I had the pleasure to work with Christian Trujillo. I had various fraudulent charges under my account and Christian was able to help me out tremendously. He was very professional and showed concern. He was able to help me get my account situated and back on track in a timely manner. This is an effort that I greatly appreciate as I am busy individual and always on the go. I highly recommend this branch for they're customer service is always on point ?. I am a very happy satisfied Citibank client and will be for many years to come.
