Andrew the manager is unnecessarily condescending and abuses his power (my opinion). I’ve been prescribed and using a specific medication for almost 3 years that has been fundamentally beneficial to my quality of life.I currently don’t have health insurance as I’m between jobs and asked to use a discount coupon code that I found online. This is completely legal and something I’ve done a few times at my normal CVS Pharmacy location in Venice, CA. However, Andrew, the manager of this pharmacy, would not let me use it which meant I had to pay ~$350 more for a 30-day medication prescription.I’m not even angry, just disappointed. If I seemed like someone who was abusing a medication, etc. I could completely understand. But it’s experiences like this that make me lose faith in humanity. Get better soon Andrew.

My medications were transferred to this place because my previous Avita Pharmacy closed and here they are denying me my medications that I used to get for free with my insurance but CVS is refusing to give them to me without paying for them. I prefer to go to another Avita Pharmacy than to get my medication transferred here. Avoid this place. They also don’t have any Spanish speakers so that makes it a little more frustrating.

I initially had a prescription on the 11/10/23 and the guy behind the the pharmacy counter which I'am assuming he is the pharmacist since he has a headset and is the only one out of uniform his name is Andrew, he was totally rude, and poor tone of patient response, will most likely give you attitude in a indirect way, plus I had dropped off my prescription and his response was "we will have it ready for you tomorrow sorry". Due to the fact that they were backed up which I totally I understand, my prescription was for a certain amount of tablets and I had to come back the following day me thinking they would of honored their accommodation and somehow they screwed up my medication and gave me 15 less and made me come twice and pay my remaining missing ones, mind you with a busy schedule it was inconvenient overall I didn't mind the protocols just the fact how they addressed me and was being treated poorly not to mention the "medication goes through three sectors of verification" at least thats what the med-tech had mentioned how does this goes unseen ? if it gets inspected throughly?

This place is a joke. In the consultation and drop off windows they don’t have people that can speak Spanish and they don’t realize there in the Hispanic area. They don’t have translators and it’s hard to get service from that pharmacy. Their staffs are rude and confusing not understanding what we want.

Horrible service at this cvs location I call yesterday to the pharmacy and the lady that answered my call very rude and not helpful at all all I wanted if they can transfer my medication from my regular cvs to this one just because I'm staying close by, so I called my regular CVs pharmacy and told them if they can transfer my medication she said yes all I need it to do to give them a call and they can find me, well yeah but this lady she said she couldn't find me so I gave them another call and told them again what my regular pharmacist told me and finally she found me! Really!? Worse customer service. this ppl need some type of classes to become a better customer service.

Worst pharmacy ever. Remember the name Helena--nobody here gives a shit, especially her. If you live next door to this pharmacy, walk five miles to the other drugstore.

Wow just wow .... When I thought I couldn't give any worse reviews. Had an appointment for a PCR test for pre surgery required by the hospital. What a joke this whole covid test requirement is. I drive to the window, the lady gives me a test and asks to swab both sides for 15 seconds and put it in the tube and drop it in the box. So is this a pcr or a rapid test ???? And the hospital will honor this as a pcr. What a mess we are living in.
