Worst DMV BY FAR. I was 1 min late to my call window which I waited for 1 hour! She made me go back to get a new ticket. I mean come onnnm has some sympathy for the people waiting in line. I just left to another DMV location. The people working at this location are emotionless robots the lady next to the window felt like she needed to take it upon her self to get involved to tell me to get another ticket. Like I wasn't even talking to you.

Teresa window 9 has to be the worst customer service with her smart ass attitude. I came in smiling her with a straight face received me in a very rude manner. I gave her the slip and she said what do you need done. I said the written test and I asked her what she needed from me. She played so dumb and said what did the application say when you filled it online and I said I'm not sure do you need the confirmation number and she said no what else did it say. I said I'm not sure but I have documentation and proof of residency. She stared at me and said "okay that's what I need" I was literally stunned I laughed and told her you couldn't just tell me that when I asked you? She just got my things and stared at the computer. A supervisor who sees this please educate your employees on how to have good customer service there others here who live up to that. Teresa lacks that very much with her tough attitude.

The lady at the first window discriminated against my wife because we moved states, we gave her the lease contract, the clinic papers because she is pregnant, passport, medical identification, even so she told her that she had to wait 6 to 12 months. To verify her identity, she was terrible. We all have the right to do our paperwork to drive properly. Who is she to deny her? If you don't want to work, it's better to stay at home. Leave your problems at home and don't screw up the lives of others. We have enough evidence. to validate our identity terrible service

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PERSON DOING THE DRIVEN TEST.Person doing the test was with a bad attitude from the start. telling my son to get out of the car. DMV should be careful who they hire. people supervising the test should be well fed and not with low sugar or before lunch because they get moody and with bad attitude. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. WASTE OF TIME. PLEASE DMV HAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES THAT DO THE DRIVEN TEST HAVE A SNACK OR HAVE THEM TAKE THEIR LUNCH EARLY. THIS GUY HAD A BAD ATTITUDE FROM THE START.

I came twice to this place.. yesterday to activate my license.. that night unfortunately my wallet was stolen so I came today again to replace it...WORST service ever in my life from "Jordana H1 window 8" she gave me a horrible attitude!! Denying all what her coworker told me the day before about the activation, like she don't seems happy working overthere.. I don't understand the people who works and they don't like their jobs, because you can tell!! why you still working on those places??She told me "I don't know why my coworker didn't asked you about your insurance but I need it".. and I said I did! I showed to your coworker yesterday and they said that day it wasn't necessary because my insurance company send it already the info so they proceeded with my activation!After that I told Jordana, hey I got it on my car ill go very quick to give to you and she said to me "NOOO! WE'RE CLOSED AND IM GONNA TELL THE GUARD DONT LET YOU IN!!" in the worse possible attitude like if I were a robber. WOW!! she denied the service of course and I don't have my replacement. I don't get it with these kind of people treating like that.

We came for my daughter’s written test. Even with an appointment the period time it was unbearable. Plus in window 31 there were 2 women very rude with the speak Spanish people. Definitely nothing has changed in this place still full of unprofessional people with no respect for elderly people and hispanic population.

Having been coming to DMVs for a generation, it’s a feat to be so bad that you really take the cake from the rest of the country.The real question is HOW is every DMV in LA this incompetent and awful?And making people wait outside in the cold is really better than seeing the overcrowding they cause with their incompetence? It’s truly the most vicious of all the cycles in LA. Do better.
