Octavio shamed me and my service dog and was going to refuse service to me. I showed him the ADA law and he said, how am I supposed to know its a service dog without a certificate. I told him my dog is an alert dog and that wasn't enough. 10 minutes of this and he tells me that I should show respect to him. I explained that he had just shamed and yelled at me throughout the store and grabbed the soda from the clerk to refuse me service. Octavio claimed he was getting the manager which I would have appreciated. Instead, he rung me up and said do what you have to do. Otavio needs to be trained in the ADA, not to get physical with customers or fellow employees and how to communicate with customers. I'm hoping to hear from the station that they will train him. If not, I will report to the OIG at the DOJ so no one else is put through this. BTW, my dog was not causing any scene and was focused on me the entire time.

Place was pretty clean. No fountain drinks. Probably because there is a burger king inside. Not much selection for snacks.

Good place to get gas and ice cream. Order a burger and then go through the car wash. Bring a towel and pull off after the wash because the machine doesn't do a great job lol.

This Mobil gas station offers a decent array of amenities, including a convenience store, a Burger King, and a Baskin Robbins inside. The store looked semi-clean, which was acceptable, though the bathrooms were notably not clean at all.
On the positive side, the gas pumps were working well, and they offer diesel fuel, which is a plus for diesel vehicle owners. Overall, while it serves its purpose, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

They didn't let my child use the restroom it's 10pm so I'm not going to buy anything inside just because of that

Employee stated air machine was not available to the public regardless if you paid for gas. Their policy is to call the State agency that enforces this.
