“Called in Sunday (1-28) for a quote on a new lightning port for a 2nd Gen iPhone SE. The price was competitive, but I was politely informed the bulk of their repair staff was unavailable that day and to come in the following day. Enter the next day and during the diagnosis/intake of my device I was asked to wait; Turns out my lightning port was just packed full of lint and other debris. The employee (I should have asked for a name -- d'oh!) took it in back, picked the crud out of the port, shot it with an air compressor, and in a matter of a couple minutes we were back in business. I asked if there was a bench charge or if they'd like a tip, to which they refused. When I inevitably do need a cell phone repair in the future I will absolutely consider returning.”

“The same day I broke my screen I called the insurance (thank God) and they guided me here to fix my crack screen that same day. The service was beyond fast ( 1 hour+ a few minutes ) , super friendly and very professional. Highly recommend ?. Still amazed how fast they were. But it's the absolute best installation and selection for screen protectors you're gonna get in LA County. Especially for iPhone. Don't even bother with Best Buy or Verzion retail stores. It's not worth the inaccuracy and or the lack of ease of finding your warranties.”

“What good is a smart phone if it doesn't work properly? Well mine does now thanks to Gary...I had to do a factory restore on my unlocked galaxy. I use simple mobile as my provider. so I called the store to find out that they were a authorized retailer, and yes they are. My problem was that I needed my browser restored because at this point all my phone was good for was text and calls. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Gary. I told him what my problem was and handed him my phone . I told him my phone number and he got right to work on it. Less than five minutes later my phone was smart again. So I asked Gary how much I owed him for his service and he said there's no charge! Wow... That kind of service service deserves a good yelp review...”
