“Ronald R was a wonderful helper with my new phone and explained what I needed and was very professional and friendly ? ?
Happy his store is close to my home if I need help again. Thank you AT&T and
Ronald R.”
“Big kudos to Ana for helping me today with my replacement screen protector. She also informed me that my family qualified for free Apple Watches & when I was confused about the promotion she happily took the time to explain. She also broke down the numbers so it was easier for me to understand. When I said I’d let my family know and let them decide if we’d like to get the watches, she kindly mentioned that she’d be happy to help my family should we return to this location later in the day. Remarkable service compared to when I went to try to get my screen protector replaced at the northridge location & had received poor service there. Thank you again Ana!”

“Shop with confidence, rather your buying a phone or renting a U-Haul from his business. I have always enjoyed the way Sam treats all customers with the respect they deserve while giving his most to accommodate all. We have been customers for years and do not plan to change.”
