Came to get a free money order and was denied service because I did not want to open an account with them, I've been using pls for a year and never had an issue before, this was at the location at 9714 van Nuys bld. Called the customer service number and they agreed with me.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the most exceptional customer service I've ever encountered with Vallery at PL$. My experience was incredibly helpful and friendly.
Throughout the entire process, I felt valued and respected. My questions were answered promptly and effectively, and I never felt like I was being rushed or treated like just another number.
I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service I received from Vallery. They have definitely earned a lifelong customer in me.
