I was able to reserve my unit online easily, and I appreciated getting a follow-up call the very next day to see if I needed any assistance with selecting the right unit and completing the signup. The staff was genuinely helpful and explained everything clearly without any pressure whatsoever – they were simply there to help me make the best choice for my needs.
When I arrived at the facility, the staff took the time to show me a couple of different unit options and provided thoughtful recommendations. The signup process was remarkably fast and efficient. He even walked me through downloading and using the app to unlock both the main door and my storage unit, which is such a convenient feature!
The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I was impressed to see they have a loading dock, which made moving my items in from the truck so much easier. The entire place feels secure and safe.

“When we called extra space, we spoke to Justin, he help me with getting a space, and told us the next steps. Upon arriving to extra space on Foothill and Vaughn St, we were greeted by Edwin. He walked us to where the space was, answered all our questions, that we had. The storage area was very clean , and smelling very nice. We didn't get this much courteous at Van Nuys.(2) Once again, the staff is wonderful. Rubia help me again. I will definitely tell others. About the storage and how their clean. Ted, Robert and the whole inside moves team were INCREDIBLE. They made our move feel like a breeeze. From the very get go ted ( the owner) was involved in organizing and project managing our move. Leading up to the move he explained exactly what to expect, the timeline, and how we should prepare. Several days before the move Ted called to check in with us and reconfirm. The day of the move the crew showed up perfectly on time and were extremely communicative. They took great care to make sure things were packed and labeled and organized. The day of the move went smooth and they even helped us configure our new home. Overall I could not be more pleased and will recommend them to any and everyone I know.”

“I got a storage unit about four weeks ago by a gentleman named John. The promotion was two months half off. I receive an invoice for the following month four weeks exactly saying that I am paying full price.
I contacted the Rinaldi location. I was in conversation with a gentleman name Andre I would like to say, even for the minor inconvenience. He was very professional, and he helped a lot and was Super patient.
I do believe John was from a different location, so I’m pretty sure circumstances and systems were completely different nonetheless The gentleman name Andre took his time to help me and I really appreciate it regarding the first incident. I would give it a good two out of five with the minor inconvenience being fixed. I’ll give it a five out of five.”

“Always a helpful and safe place. Dawna is always warm, welcoming and friendly. I feel good about having my items stored here as she lives onsite and is always keeping the property looking clean and spotless. Having past experiences in other storage companies, I have gone through the stress of having my unit broken into and items stolen - with this property, I have peace of mind and feel safe knowing my unit is clean, the area is attended to, a manager lives on site and there is plenty of security around. Dawna is always friendly, keeps an eye on the property and manages the area very well. To be honest, it's the best experience I've had with a storage unit because of her professional friendliness. Even when I have questions or concerns, she is always attentive and willing to help. I've had my unit for over 3 years and am very happy knowing my items are safe with Dawna. Fantastic manager.”
