However, I was disappointed to learn that my quoted monthly rate was ‘promotional’ and would change after 3 months to an unknown higher rate that was TBD based on how full the site was at that point. fortunately, i only plan to use my space for 3 months , so it’s not an issue for me…otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. make sure you check.”

“My husband and I was on our way to a campout for the Memorial Day weekend. We suddenly experienced a tire blow out on our 5th wheel trailer. Pulled off the freeway to call our roadside service company. It took 2 hours for this service to say they had NO service available to come change our tire...in one of the largest cities in America! We went looking for a place to simply change the tire (we had a good spare). Pulled into United Truck Centers in Sylmar. Explained our problem and this very kind man named Ralph Abdelshahed said they could change our tire. A very nice young man did the change out..another gentleman helped us back out to the street. When I asked Ralph how much for their service....and he said nothing! In this very cold world where everyone seems to bo only out for themselves...once in a great while you come across a man like Ralph and his workers. I thanked him from the bottom of my heart and told him what a pleasure it was to run across a really good guy.
If you need truck work done...I so recommend this company!”

“This location was very, very fast & efficient. In and out. The staff was great. Your app sucks. I don't know how we could reserve a 26' and 20', then when we get there they tell us our reservations changed to 2 cargo vans. We ended up spending $800 hiring a moving company to bring in two 26 footers to help for the day.”

Asia poor thing was super busy at the desk and still did a phenomenal job getting my reservation ready in a timely manner.
And don’t let me forget the Manager Gerrell, again class act whole other level of professionalism. We had a small hiccup and with most rental companies it can be hell to fix issues, but thank you to Garrell for taking the time to listen to me and hear my concerns. You had a very calming voice and manner that allowed me to keep my composure.
Side note* I just donated a kidney and the vehicle was with me a couple extra days. The surgery was last minute. The medication can usually send someone off the rails and conversions can get lost in translation. Thank you Garrell for your knowledge in customer service and knowing how to handle customers as myself. I will be back to use your location again. I am already sending my neighbor from Huntington Beach your way.
This location has the best options in rental and customer service. Well technically all of Penske has amazing service it is why I choose to stay with the company.
