Nice pharmacy that is open 24/7. Staff is friendly, and delivery is quick and easy to order. Overall a good pharmacy.

Always understaffed. Pickup orders rarely go through. Items marked as available rarely in stock.

The worst pharmacy ever. Very rude unprofessional and nasty staff. They need a lot of Customer Service training/Customer Service Boot Camp

Please please make the lines at the pharmacy go faster. I should not have to stand there waiting over 45 minutes. That is not acceptable

Very poor service. The male pharmacist is a terrible unpleasant man who can’t help the customers. I tried filling my prescription and he denied it because he googled the doctors name and said he is not allowed to prescribe the particular medication. My doctor had to call and still they were going back and forth arguing about who he is. I can’t even pick up the prescription.

So I go to pick up my medication, i get home just to find out they gave me someone else’s medication, mind you the paper bag had my information and everything but the pills inside belonged to a different person, not only do I have to drive back to pick up my original pills but now they won’t even refill my prescription they just cancel all because a mistake they made? Very professional…..

I’m so grateful for this 24/7 Walgreens in Arleta! As a parent, it has truly been a lifesaver, especially during those late-night emergencies when my kids were sick and I needed to pick up medicine. The convenience of knowing it’s always open gives me peace of mind.
Their photo printing service is also a huge plus! Mostly everything is done the same day, and the quality is great. I’ve used it multiple times for both personal and last-minute projects.
Most importantly, the staff here is consistently friendly, helpful, and patient. Whether it’s the pharmacy, the photo counter, or just checking out, they always make the experience smooth and pleasant.
Highly recommend this location, it’s reliable, efficient, and well-run!

Putting even a one star rating I feel is too generous, I would leave zero stars for this Walgreens if I could. For days I’ve been waiting on my prescription and calling non-stop. At first, a woman told me that my prescription will be ready in two days. I then call again to check up on it because it still hasn’t been ready. They transfer me and keep me on hold for nearly an hour and when someone finally answered they had me speak to the pharmacist who was a huge useless tool bag. He told me he was going to confront my psychiatrist about The dose she put me on claiming it’s “too high” when my psychiatrist had prescribed me the lowest recommended dose for that medication. I told him I’m not calling for him to give me advice or to “confront” my psychiatrist. I call the pharmacy again because my medication is still not ready and they tell my psychiatrist my insurance did not cover it. I call my insurance and they told me it is covered. My insurance suggested me to just go to another pharmacy if they’re giving me this many problems and she tells me that what I’m dealing with is ridiculous, which I obviously agree. I give this place one last chance and they switch up and tell me they’re just simply out of stock and MIGHT but not guaranteed to have the medication I need by the end of the week. Save your time and your stress and do not come to this Walgreens for your prescriptions! I honestly feel like I need compensation after dealing with such buffoons. Definitely won’t be coming here to fill my prescriptions ever again!

5:59pm and the line was ridiculous it was almost getting to the counter over the photos print. And when I asked Associate kindly, there is any way for them to open up another register or maybe if they couldn’t to ask their manager if they could, they said no. When the line was being held. The camera will show them the young lady cashier and the you man unstocking in the front.

Father fell out of bed and had to take him to Urgent Care in Northridge for the pain, by the time we saw the Dr and they determined he cracked 2 ribs it was too late to have the prescription sent to his normal pharmacy in Sylmar so we had them send it to this 24 hr Walgreens. Had to stand in line for a hr only to be told they didn't have the full prescription yet since they were waiting on a delivery to arrive so they would text me once it was ready. 8hrs after they were sent the prescription I finally returned in the middle of the night to ask what was happening with his prescription and they said the insurance refused to cover it with it being over $150 for some 12hr 5% lidocaine patches and they had left a message with the Dr but hadn't heard back. After explaining to the pharmacist what had happened and that he was in so much pain that his pain and sleeping medications he had taken a few hrs prior still wasn't enough to put him to sleep and we been waiting for 8hrs they tell me to go to the pain aisle and get some 8hr 4% lidocaine patches instead and asked why the Dr only prescribed the patches, I told them the only other thing he was told to take was Tylenol which we already had and to go see his regular Dr as soon as he can.
There is no excuse to not notify the customer that there was a issue with filling their prescription for pain right away or that there was a alternative the first time they were at the pharmacy when they were waiting on a delivery in order to fill the prescription when they were already taking their time helping customers causing a extremely long line while store staff was wandering around chatting while scanning empty shelves and zeroing out the system when the scanner showed they had the product in stock instead of helping customers which proves that even with multiple cameras right there no one is seeing the mass sealing happening right by the pharmacy.

I went to pick up a prescription in the morning and the girl told me it could take an hour to receive it electronically. I called the ER and they sent it once more. I went again and they told me they STILL hadn’t received it. I called the ER again, the resent it one more time. I went back a third time and they still hadn’t gotten it, mind you they have horrible customer service. They all were talking in between them and laughing, also this is an emergency… I called the ER again and they wanted to speak with them and they didn’t want to take my phone instead a girl wrote down the number and told me to tell them to call. So the ER called them scolded at them and now they did receive my prescription… who laughs at people with a medical emergency? I work for customer service and it’s not hard to be kind.
