Horrible customer service, lady didn't even know what she was doing.. can barely communicate with me. Made me wait 1 hour for a refill on my prescription.. rude and she be fired and at the end she gave me the wrong prescription.. " I'm not saying sorry since I didn't KILL YOU" is what she told me .. over night manager was too busy sitting down in the front and didn't care when I complained..

So I call the pharmacy to get an update on my meds some guy answered says I should have the app to Check refill status sounds all bothered second I ask what time my meds will be ready he starts saying they have 120 prescriptions ahead of mine and probably about an hour or two first of all I never asked how many prescriptions are you working on just give me a time frame for mine that's all second obviously I don't have the app to check status or I wouldn't be calling he was very un-professional sounded like he's getting worked too hard maybe give the kid a break bc he is lacking on his customer service skills.

Horrible service My doctor called in meds for meAnd the pharmacy tech (oriental lady w/ glasses) was rude and told me to call my doctor cause she couldn't understand the voicemail. She also calls customers stupid underneath her breath . Idk how she even works in this profession. If you hate your job work elsewhere

Well what a experience this morning at wall greens Arleta my friends work there so much shoplifting every time I go there but today I stepped up to a thief not safe for employees or customers something needs to be done with corporate changes in policy they need security for safety of all my opinion

This store is amazing I always have a wonderful experience Parking is always abundant They're open 24/7 Clean and organized Above all their customer service is always great I don't think the employees get much credit but ima give it where is due I made sure to get their names this time because good employees like them are becoming rare and I hope they come across this Anthony and especially Julio the shift leader went above and beyond to help me with a concern I had it was very busy but he took the time to address my concerns and of other customersVery fair and respectful again very rare for me to find in retail maybe it's just me idk but I gotta say something thanks a lot you two I wasn't expecting this level of service

This place is not good at all when it comes to phone services . I was placed on hold multiple times just tor the line to end and I had to call again. It is extremely , this is for Ashley, for the pharmacist on the clock that NEVER answered the transferred call and the guy that kept placing me on hold with out even asking any questions or hearing my response.

WORST WALGREENS EVER!!!!!!! Before going I called and the pharmacist lady told me all of my prescriptions were closed. There was no way they were all closed, so I went to the pharmacy anyways because I knew for a fact that she was wrong and I've been getting medications for years.On a Sunday night why did I wait in line for 50 minutes?!!!! 1 person on register and it took him almost ten minutes to figure out the prescription I needed filled even though I showed him on my phone.The only pro is that it's a 24 hour pharmacy other than that find another pharmacy unless you don't mind spending almost three hours standing in line and waiting for your prescription.After waiting two hours and told that my prescription was out of stock the Pharmacist Harry tried blaming me and coming up with excuses as to why they didn't notify me. These two pharmacists should be FIRED!!!

So much for 24 hrs!! My husband went to get an over the counter fever reducer for our son at 1:30 am, the store was closed and whoever was working in the pharmacy/drive/thru told my husband they were in break and had to wait 45 min!!! Ridiculous!!!

Bad customer service I called the pharmacy to check on my medicine. I was waiting on the line for 18 mins and gave up they Never ... answer the phone just gave up changing pharmacy CVS has better customer service. It's a shame all that university years to be a Pharmacist, but no customer service... they Never answer the phone

I come to this Walgreens for my yearly flu shot, did my covid test here, pick up my prescription and also take advantage of their photos Tmobile Tuesday special. I never had an issue here when I need a vaccination shot because I make an appointment online and come at my time slot. They added a buzzer at the photo department now if no one is there to quickly help you so that's a plus. Their drive thru pharmacy I used today when doing my covid test. It was simple and there was only 1 car ahead of me. The people working the pharmacy are nice, they will explain your medication to you and how to use it.

Came through the drive thru pharmacy and the night time pharmacist was very rude. I asked him for something and he ignored me.. so I rang the bell again and he took forever to answer and when he did he got what I needed and rang it up and put it in the box for me to grab it without a bag.. when I asked for a bag he rolled his eyes, grabbed 2 and threw them in the container for me to get. Extremely rude.
