Called the store prior to going there and asked for a specific pair of shoes in all black and the size I needed . The guy I spoke to said yes we have them double checked to make sure he hear the size and also the color I was looking for . Again he assured me they had them. So I went over there just to find out they didn't have them . And they wonder why McDonald's workers get paid better .

Every time I've come in here your manager Veronica's behavior has made me incredibly uncomfortable. I've watched her be rude to customers and inappropriate with other staff members. How someone like that ended up in management is beyond me, but you should really be more vigilant about the kind of people you hire.
