“Tonight my 3 sons and myself were in tractor supply. There was two employees that were super helpful & very sweet. My son who is on the spectrum was looking for sea monkeys and they went above and beyond to help him. Once Serena found them my son gave her a huge hug & kiss (she was very kind and didn’t push him away) instead hugged him back and said you’re welcome. Bobby went above and beyond being very kind helping my other son with figuring out which BB gun to get and even opened it up so he could make sure he liked it and wanted to purchase it. “By far the best customer service, I came in because my license plate bolts were corroded and I had stripped the threads off for the license plate and I couldn't find replacement. So Johnathan was very happy to help and we tried so many different ones, he recommended using a tap rethread kit and Daniel went ahead and helped me with that. We tried the new bolts and it worked out perfectly, I was worried they would strip even more but Daniel and Johnathan were very helpful there was this other worker I think his name was Rogelio he helped me out too with the bolts all 3 of them saved me from trying to go to the dealer thank you O'rileys.”
