“I didn't want to post something until I could get the photos which were for a vehicle I hit on accident but had repaired here (at Allegiance Collision)... but that was last week and I don't want to wait any longer.
Their customer service was extremely amazing. Strong on communication very understanding can I have an answer all sorts of creative questions. That won me over and I was even more impressed by the repair - the color match was absolutely undeniably perfect (my friend whose car I hit was extremely satisfied with it). I wanted to have a great experience, for her sake, and it was exactly that.
The price was the best (among the six places checked and three written quotes we got - all of which were great and reputable places in Hanford, Fresno, Clovis, and Visalia... but not as low).
They definitely earned our business common now and in the future. I felt good about supporting a very local company; we live nearby. I wish them much success and continued community support!”

She helped me with my first ever accident on my 2019 Jeep Compass with two of my doors being fully disabled. She helped me step by step on what to do over the phone! The people that worked on my vehicle was beyond amazing and took their time. I don’t know how much of an honest review you can get but they definitely get the job done! “I bumped my car into the metal walls and broke the plastic fog light cover in the front. I was so worried to pay more than $1000 to get it replaced because my car is a new model. Luckily, I found Diaz Auto Body & Frame online. They quickly helped me find the part at the dealership for $200, which I confirmed it myself on their website. The labor cost is pretty fair in my opinion ($180) because I definitely cannot take the bumper off to replace that piece. I have a few scratches on my car, but I don't mind them right now. They even dropped me off at my house to wait because I don't have a ride back home. Definitely recommended for affordable service.”
