We have used them for over 30 years! During that time, we have never run out of propane without me calling them to come up when we get low. We are off Highway 4 with feet of snow during the winter, so we are unable to obtain propane during the middle of winter. Great service!!

EPG came out to fill our tank, and we told them it was leaking. Within an hour another guy came out to confirm the leak. He fixed it, but didn't know how long the fix would hold. A call to the office resulted in another tank being delivered and the old one removed. A couple of hours after that, another guy came and filled up the new tank. All of this was done in a span of 4 hours!!! We are so appreciative of their immediate response.

Ebbetts Pass unfortunately had not filled our tank for months, even though we are on a fill as needed contract. After smelling gas for a few days, we found our tank to be on ‘empty’. I called after hours, and was given to a wonderful technician who came and filled my tank and ensured no leaks were occurring. While he was lovely to deal with (5+ stars), we are disappointed with the new way that Ebbett’s Pass Gas is filling tanks, relying on a computer program. I don’t feel I should need to monitor my tank levels when paying for this service.
