Excellent customer service. When issues arise, the staff will contact me immediately. Also, they are great at sending out information to their customers about upcoming events at the storage units (i.e. community garage sale, etc.). I am glad I have selected Heritage Self Storage for my storage needs.

I have been renting from Heritage Self Storage Arnold for the last 4 years. I recently upgraded to a larger unit and the transition went very smoothly. They have been very responsive with email communication during the process. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
