Excellent customer service. When issues arise, the staff will contact me immediately. Also, they are great at sending out information to their customers about upcoming events at the storage units (i.e. community garage sale, etc.). I am glad I have selected Heritage Self Storage for my storage needs.

I have been renting from Heritage Self Storage Arnold for the last 4 years. I recently upgraded to a larger unit and the transition went very smoothly. They have been very responsive with email communication during the process. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This facility is modern, clean, well maintained, and secure. The on-site mangers are friendly and helpful. The 24-hour access is very convenient for me as I use my storage for my contracting business.

I love Heritage Self Storage in Arnold, the place is always clean, and the managers are wonderful to work with, this is the 2nd unit I've rented, I wouldn't use anyone else.

This facility is great. Very secure and kept very clean. I failed to lock my space once and they called me within an hour to let me know. Highly recommend.

It's great to have a storage facility conveniently located in town. The facility is clean, modern, easy to navigate, and managed by a couple that are super friendly and helpful. All of our dealings with this business have been positive.

I find many people are quick to "complain" about things they don't like, rude people, poor service, bad food, etc. I just wanted to take a moment to say that Michelle and Mike, who manage Heritage Self Storage in Arnold, are REAL PEOPLE. They work with their tenants, stay in touch, keep the place spotless, are warm and friendly when you call or come into the office and can always find a solution working together. They are professional but kind and thoughtful, they treat the business like it was their own.I certainly hope in this growing world of flakey, crabby and unprofessional employees that the "mother company" that employs them realize what a valuable asset Michelle and Mike are to THEIR business.I'd also like to say it is a HUGE facility and in the mountains it S-N-O-W-S! It would be a more efficient use of Mike's work day if Heritage had snow removal equipment designed for Arnold's level of snow. The quicker the snow can be removed, the more time Mike would have for other necessary work tasks at the facility.Ultimately folks, it's a great place, with real people who care about the small community we/they live in, we aren't just "storage numbers" to them. If you need a place to store your junk, "oops" I mean your valued treasures, vehicles, eBay inventory (that's overflowing your home), THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!Ask me, I've been there three years! ha
