Bar none a complete waste of your time. Cannot shop their website without registering and hit the submit button to get nothing and no process of information. Called their number 3 times in a day only to get their voicemail, the 4th time got their after hours VM and left a message regarding issues w website..... still no call back. Based in Ca., is it really a wonder why their customer service sucks?

This company will not pay for return shipping it will cost me more to return this cheap shower pan shipping cost 400.00 dollars. I didn't recommend this Pelland enterprises .

I own an RV dealership in Escalon California, but live in Arnold California and have found this establishment very professional! We need unique window pieces and latches and they seem to always have it and is very convenient to pick up. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for that hard to find or even any RV hardware.

we bought the little window weephole cover things - according to the website description, they would fit, they were overpriced but we didnt mind if they worked - well, they didnt work, and we were charged 30% restock fee!!! it is ridiculous that they would charge a restocking fee of 30% for something bought off the website based on their description that should have fit my windows but did not fit. I even messaged them, and got a Have pleasant day! ?️response from Christine. Buyer Beware! they dont care about customers at all, just their bottom dollar!

I needed a simple latch for my RV window. They charge an exorbitant price, plus shipping and handling. On top of those fees if you spend less than $20, they tack on another $5. I wonder if the state collects taxes on that extra fee they charge. I think I'll investigate.

I have a 2021 Jayco north point 5th wheel and accidentally crushed a window screen while pushing out a slide out. I looked everywhere for the plastic corners and finally found Pelland enterprise, they had the exact match! Thank you so much!

This is the second time that we have ordered from this company and their customer service is outstanding. We are full-time RVers and we were in need of a window crank mechanism that broke on our older RV. They sent our order out very quickly and were just as fast sending out a second part when they mistakenly sent out a mechanism for the wrong window. Highly recommend A+++

I also called the company just to confirm availability and get an estimate on shipping time.
