“My husband has been in the hospital for a few weeks. He usually checks the level of propane in the tank. The last few days its dipped down to the low 30's. Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend and the tank is empty. I called EPG and within minutes Rodney called me back and said he'd bring propane within the hour. He delivered and was nice enough to check all my pilot lights. What a lifesaver!!! Thanks for the excellent customer service Rodney!!!”
