Timberline Lodge is a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay, offering good value. The rooms are spacious, charming, and very comfortable, with a rustic and cozy decor. They are appointed with everything needed, including a comfy bed, large screen TV, small fridge, microwave, in-room coffee stations, and a toasty fire heater or fireplace. Shampoo, soap, and conditioner are provided. The atmosphere is relaxing and very quiet at night. The staff are super nice, very helpful, friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The lodge is centrally located for day trips and is a great base for exploring the area, with easy access to hiking trails and natural scenery. It is close to a big trees park and has lots of walkable dining options, including an excellent Mexican restaurant across the street. There is a nice porch with rockers, a pleasant outdoor courtyard with tables and chairs, and a cozy space in back with a fire pit. Some guests noted the wall air conditioning unit could be loud for light sleepers. The Wi-Fi connection can be unreliable at times. The front desk is not full-time, so requests are best made during its hours. The immediate location has limited evening bar options. Overall, it is a wonderful, cozy, and highly recommended retreat where guests would definitely return.
This place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a good value with lots of walkable dining options (excellent Mexican across the street). Water tasted good, pressure in the shower was strong, and the hot water was hot. Fireplace was super charming, too. Will be back.

vey nice room with a queen. I would certainly come again. Stayed 3 nights. Only gripe was no breakfast but none in area...tthere was a good place across the street

Cute, cozy, cabin feel! Spacious and absolutely loved the porch with the rocking chairs!
Walkability: Great distance to town with all the amenities!
