I’ve been a loyal AT&T mobile customer for over a decade but now the only way I can be sure I’m talking to an actual human being in America is to go to one of these stores, so I’m happy to relate my positive experiences if it means the store will still be there when I need human support again. Really cool employees, never busy when I’ve been there, good supply of Apple products and accessories. Willing to work with me on a complex issue I was having with an apple product.

1 star is too high a rating.Went in days ago to port in to AT&TThey appear to have entered every bit of information wrong for the port and I've had 6 e-mails and 3 phone calls to correct.Never got my account info or pin emailed to me, so I have to do extra steps for every account change.They added support plans that are 20-25% of the cost of service without telling me or asking me if I wanted them. Now I'm sitting on hold wasting my time to cancel.Staff are deceitful and incompetent, and have now wrongfully taken both time and money from me. A week in my business number is in limbo because they thoroughly failed to do their job.

Stopped by just to see if they could fix the Face ID issue on my phone. Turns out it was a phone issue that couldn't really be fixed and I said ok no worries, not worth it to me to get a new phone just for Face ID and turned to leave. The employee then said lets check your account and then told me I don't have insurance (I know for a fact our entire family plan has insurance) and tried to sell me all these new plans I didn't want nor need. Really seemed focused only on making money and new deals and I'll definitely be going to different locations from now on

Joshua helped us upgrade 2 phones today! He was awesome and walked us through from start to finish. Also, shared special Apple offers without pressure to buy. Overall A+ experience. Refreshing to see great customer service in this not so enjoyable self service era we live in.

The sales team are lazy and uninterested. Absolutely bungled my installment plan and added services and features that I did not want or ask for without asking if I wanted them. Horrible experience and only wish that I could give a zero star review.

Other than having to wait a long time to be helped and complete my purchase, I had an excellent experience purchasing 4 new phones, trading in 3 old ones, and upgrading my plan. I recommend going here for your AT&T needs.There were two sales individuals, both helping others when I arrived. I didn't like having to wait, but I appreciated how they took their time and were attentive to the customer they were working with. Most especially when it was my turn.Cesar was very knowledgable and friendly. The store was clean and well organized. Parking is easy in the large lot.

Fernando assisted me with connecting my Apple iPhone 13 with my series 3 Apple Watch. He did a great job, he was very knowledgeable & friendly. AT&T is lucky to have Fernando as an front line employee!!!

It would be nice if when they closed the store for lunch they would put a time they will be back. I went at 11 o'clock a.m. and a sign was there but it just closed for lunch.

All employees greeted me when I entered the store even when helping other customers. The employees were friendly and honest. When I asked about upgrading my phones they gave honest opinions about what phones would best serve me. I never felt like anyone was trying to just sell me the most expensive phone. The sales person described to me the difference between each phone and in detail explained the cost difference. All employees were having positive interactions with other customers and seemed to treat all people with courtesy. All costs were explained to me before I made my final selections so I have no surprises with my next bill. The phone I wanted was not available in my color but they ordered for me immediately. I will always return to this location. Caesar was amazing and provided excellent service. He seemed genuinely happy about his job. He seems like a great asset to the Arroyo Grande location.
