“We stopped by at Weeps Fargo suddenly realizing that our front right tire cort was badly damaged and it was about to explode. Likely we happened to be near big brand tire shop. I was on budget but the price for a tire change was 240$, which was lower than I expected. Guys did it in 30 mins and checked other tires. We are back on road, and thankfull for what they did”
“Excellent customer service!! I brought my car here for diagnostic after being told it was burning oil and the coolant levels were super low. They did a full diagnostic/pressure test and showed me photos that indicate it was not burning oil. Best part - they did all this at no charge. They will forever have my business moving forward! “I had a very good experience at the Arroyo Grande American Tire Depot earlier this week. My family and I experienced a flat tire nearby and were having some major car issues. The car was making weird noises, was riding rough, and had several error lights come up on the dash board.
I brought the car to this American Tire Depot location because I normally go to a location in San Diego (where I live) and my car tires were under warranty. The team - especially Joel - were super nice, quick, and most importantly honest. They were able to quickly get a new tire on my car, answered the several questions I had, and even checked out the warning lights and car in general. It was important for me to feel comfortable because I needed to drive my family back to San Diego and wanted to ensure my car was safe to drive.

“I had no idea Efi's Auto Repair existed until it showed up on Google maps, and it is just a 1/4 mile from my work. I took my car in for a check engine light caused by a large auto repair shop in San Luis Obispo. Efi was able to fix the problem in about an hour. I will definitely be back again for any auto repairs, and he also has fair pricing on smog tests.”

“I can highly praise Heacock Trailer and especially Matt (owner) for rescuing a stranded traveller on short notice. We had just purchased a new to us TOAD vehicle that came equipped with a towing and braking setup. Unfortunately when we connected our motorhome and began our extended travel the battery died from lack of charging from the motorhome. On someone elses recommendation I gave Matt a call midday on Thursday and he managed to squeeze us into their already full schedule for the next day at 9am. Matt was quick to diagnose the problem (faulty umbilical cord and bent pins on connector). He promptly had his crew fabricate a new umbilical cord and had us on our way that afternoon. His customer service went above and beyond to help us continue our travel. Hats off to Matt and crew!”
