They deserve a ZERO stars : Don't go to this branch they are the worse , walked in and the lady named Zaira or Cira ( I could not understand her Cuase she kept sniffling and obviously needed a tissue ) sat there for 30 min doing absolutely nothing and she did see me and my spouse Cuase she kept looking but sitting behind the bank telling desk waiting to help the line so I thought she was a teller or someone Ok brake hiding .. while i waited for assistance , then comes over 35 min later asked if I need help and says where closing in 1 hour and can't assist you , then I asked her how long would it take for me to do what I needed to do she says only 15-30 but can't do it till the end of the month Cuase there full after she asked for my phone number 5 times , I said lol no thanks il take my business else where nor did She care , obviously there to collect her paycheck for her 9-3 job

Closed my boyfriend's account, he's been without money for a month. They said they'd close out the account on Feb. 5th and have yet to do so. He's waiting for them to close out the account and send him his money.

Bank of America closed my boyfriend’s account without notice. Be careful and don’t keep all your money with this bank. It’s been months and he hasn’t received a check yet. It’s been a nightmare.

I have never been to this branch where there were more than 2 open teller windows and the line wasn’t at least 10 people deep. Meanwhile, they have numerous bankers sitting at their desks without any customers. It takes me at least 30 minutes to get a cashier’s check every single time.

For better service and better reviews ,you should have 3 tellers at all times and the bank hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. All people using the out side ATM'S complain of this . People in line in the bank complain of the lack of tellers and short hours of operation . I have Banked with you since I was 12 years old . I had a savings acc. my dad opened for me so it showed him and I on it but I maintained it and am still with you. Back then we had 4 tellers all the time and now the population is double or triple and you only have 2 tellers regularly . Please keep 3 tellers regularly 9a.m. to 5 p.m.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to make a simple deposit. Only 1 cashier, 7 people in line. I asked the other clerk behind the counter if they had an additional teller and she said not yet, but she never offered to help and stop what she was doing momentarily to help the next person in line who was elderly and having trouble standing and waiting. Worst service ever.. I maybe moving my account. Been a member over 50 years . When my turn came up there were 10 people behindme, finally an additional clerk shows up, never apologized for the wait and snapped his fingers saying next in line. WOW, you call this customer service... how can you truly value me and my business.

I was so dissatisfied with the service at this location in arroyo grande. The door was unlocked when I walked in at 4:00pm and when I got in line they made me leave because it was after 4pm and they can’t take anymore transactions. It was 4:02 when I walked out. One minute after and they couldn’t accommodate a simple deposit. The atm would not take my deposit for some reason at that. This was ridiculous and there was only 2 people in line and 3 tellers. So disappointed after being a customer for over 10 years.

Their new hours/days of operation are not conducive to the working class. They are only open Tuesday-Friday, from 10am-4pm. When are working people supposed to get help?? No weekend hours?? I get that there are ATMs and the app, but it's a bit ridiculous.

I ordered foreign currency for my European vacation. I was advised it was available for pick up on Thursday 4/7. I went to the bank to pick up on Friday 4/8 to find the bank was closed with a printed sign on the door saying it was circumstances beyond their control. I called the main BofA number and the only solution they offered was to refund the money to my account. The reason I ordered the currency was that I NEEDED the currency for my trip. Getting a refund did not solve my problem. I was not notified that the bank would be closed and today, Monday' 4/11 - bank is still closed. Abysmal customer consideration causing me to reschedule travel plans and lose vacation days.

The ATM took my payroll check without posting the funds to my account. I spent 45 minutes online to make a claim and it could take up to 45 days for them to complete the inquiry! Hopefully, I can call them and they can set my check aside for me to pick-up.

This place will upset you every time. Update they changed their hours from 10:00 Monday through Friday to 4:00 p.m. I got here at 9:00 this morning there is five employees inside this is ridiculous. This is not a legitimate business.

Doesnt open on time or put signs on the door explaining why they arent open on. You need to hire new staff here cause it's obvious they dont care about customers.
