This place is a total rip off if you are buying mobility devices. We stopped by to look at the Device Nitro Rollator for my mom. They wanted $348 for it. I went to Amazon.com and the exact same rollator is $189. We asked them to match the on-line price and they refused so we bought it on-line and it was delivered in 3 days. I can see a small mark up but almost double the price! Buyer beware.

Worst customer care I've ever experienced. I've been working with them to get supplies in the past 9 months. When I called recently, they told me that I'm not eligible until 3 weeks later. But I've been on a 3 months schedule for the past 9 months. So I asked them to look it up. Turns out that they somehow had a delay for my last order for 2 weeks. So my whole eligibility was delayed for 2 weeks. This has implication on my insurance deductibles for the whole year. The rep on the phone was really rude. She told me that there was July 4th holiday and they cannot guarantee that there was no delay. I told her that that's why I called them couple days before and paid my co-pay. She told me that I could find some other vendor, and asked me in a way that's like an ultimatum: Do you want me to put in the order?!Please do yourself a favor, find a more capable and customer friendly vendor.

Having dealt with a great local pharmacy in my old city, I attempted to connect here in Grover with a local pharmacy and try and avoid the big National Chains. Thought I would keep it local. I won't be going back here. My Physician called my prescription in, the Pharmacy called me and I told them Id come back in a week when I returned to Town. I did just that. When I came back they told me they had removed it, and I would have to fill again. I was on a break and they said it would take 30 minutes. I came back an hour later and they had forget to fill it... So I waited another 30. Never an apology or any indicator or acknowledgment of how long I would be waiting.. Then the Pharmacist comes out and explains "Im lucky " hes filling my prescription because me doctor was in Monterey and that was suspicious.. No Thank you.

I had my cpap machine for a long time and out of no where I get a call saying they have to take it from me because I now have two kinds of insurance.

Recently I purchased a Pride Jazzy Carbon Electric Chair from Best-Care Pharmacy in Arroyo Grande, Ca. After spending hours of research, I went to Best-Care Pharmacy where Victor (Manager) spent a lot of time going over all of the features, specifications and quality of this electric chair. One item was working with my wife to find a means to get the chair into the back of our SUV as I have a spinal chord injury and she has medical issues preventing her from lifting the chair. One concern is my steep driveway at home as Pride specifies a maximum inclination of 30 degrees with the electric motors. I placed my chair in high-speed and with a friend's backup support, the Chair powered up the driveway without a struggle. I am extremely happy with the Pride Jazzy Carbon Electric Chair not to mention the fantastic help ad support provided by Victor (Manager) at Best-Care Pharmacy in Arroyo Grande California.

They deserve more than 5 stars. The entire team from pharmacy to the equipment team! Great job! They were so super supportive, kind and listen to my needs. I've never worked with such great group of people so passionate about what they do whom actually put the patients needs first. They go over and beyond. Thank you Vipul, Raquel, Brandy, Rosinie and the entire team. YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!!

We ran into a problem with needing medical supplies for my husband and Jack went above and beyond to meet a critical need. He even personally called to be sure we were doing okay. Stellar service

Just had spinal surgery, the day before I had to order medical equipment to set up my home. From the time they received my surgeon’s fax, I had everything I needed, and they adjusted the height’s. All within 30 minutes, and very friendly. What a relief to have everything I need, just in time.

Rudest pharmacist I've ever talked to here. Sedlina. Don't know how to spell it. Actually told me I was wasting her time. The pharmacists I usually talk to were very helpful and caring. This woman is rude and needs to have respect for customers. Will never go back unless it's the last place on earth. Never been mistreated by a pharmacist like that. Dealing with a mental disorder and have to get yelled at when trying to get medication. Wow. Told you you'd see this. Tried not to but had to put it out there.
