So disappointed. I had a rush project and submitted a request for a proposal on their website. I received an auto-reply from Peggy Hoobery that someone would contact me. When I didn't hear back in over a day I called and asked about the status of my request. The person that answered the phone was short and disinterested in talking to me about my request saying only Peggy could help me and she wasn't there but she'd call me later. I never heard back via phone or email and ended up having to change my plans I really wanted to support a local small town company and I'm very disappointed that they didn't want my business.

Best print shop on the Central Coast. Get it done quick for the best price. Their service is great! If you need 5, 500, or 5000 prints made you can rest assured they will get it done quick. As an outside sales rep, time is money and my flyers keep me selling. So, do your business or organization a solid and make sure your print needs get done right. I have trusted them with my printing needs for almost 3 years and am always a happy customer.

I emailed the company my work that needed to be done very small job. It was to be ready in an hour I showed up 2 hours later and called before I came by to make sure it would be completed and ready when I arrived. The work had not even been started.
