Front desk people are very rude. If a manager is seeing this, I'm referring to the male yesterday. Not sure if his boyfriend just broke up with him or something but has a real attitude problem, very unprofessional. He was dressed like a manager as well which is mind blowing how he could've got to that position.

This Branch is awful starting from the Manager Jack Mahrt. Must be a reason why this Branch is empty. From the Banker Kayser or whatever his name is spelled to the Manager of this Branch. Not helpful and rude. Sad.

There is a serious problem here. In my experience this branch does nothing to support their customers. I moved to the area about one year ago. During that time, this branch has double - booked my notary appointment, refused to deposit a check, and some of the tellers appear to still be in training without nearby support. As to the check deposit issue, the teller was kind enough to inform me that she would lose her job should she deposit my personal check into my business account. She offered no practical solutions and was unapologetic. The branch manager was standing next to her, yet she did all of the talking, and he said nothing. He was completely useless. I went to another branch and had no difficulty depositing said check. The service at this branch is really unprofessional and it has me seriously considering moving my accounts to another bank. Someone in upper management really needs to figure out what is going on here and fix it.

Went in there telling them I had just gotten my Sapphire card and wanted to do some payments, they couldn't help me is what it turned out to be...call the number on the back. I asked about opening a savings account and the the female teller was not helpful at all...well I guess I'll keep my business under Wells Fargo! At least they try and have wonderful service.

I have banked with Chase for a few years now. I really, really like the bank. At this branch (along with any others I've been to), you'll find employees that are helpful and friendly. It's always very clean, and if there's a line, it moves swiftly. I highly recommend Chase Bank.

I just switched to Chase and already regret it. This bank specifically the people are rude and not helpfully at all. Hopefully will be switching back to my old bank soon.

This used to be my favorite "forever" bank. I opened my account way back when it was Washington Mutual. The tellers are kind, considerate but can't do much more than move around your money. It's just such a pain to make any changes. My other banks have been much simpler. You have to wait for the few "account specialists" or whatever they are called to do something as basic as closing an empty account or changing a name when you've brought all the required paperwork. Waiting 20+ minutes to complete a -5 minute transaction while the tellers stand waiting for someone to walk into an empty bank.

I've been banking with Chase for years now. Chase goes above and beyond to meet all my needs. The service is exceptional, and I'm always treated with the upmost respect whether on the phone, in person, or by secure messaging.

Make sure to count your cash well before depositing- almost got shorted $100 by the teller today. It could have been an honest error but I didn't get a good vibe.

This has the absolute worst customer service. I went in to open an account and sat there for ten minutes while four bankers just stood around talking. None of them even bothered to ask me if i needed service. I then said Imhere to open a new account and they said I would have to make an appointment. WOW!! These people are the laziest clerks of any bank I've ever been to in my life.

I went in to this branch today with an issue about someone using my debit card for months without my knowledge. Emily Wyatt helped me and my experience there today has given me a whole new standard for banking. She listened, she made me feel heard & understood and then she proceeded to fix my problem with such grace and urgency. She actually cared about what I was going through and worked hard to help me get justice. Emily Wyatt deserves a promotion and a raise!!! and this branch in general is just superb!!! I will use chase bank for the rest of my life.

Unreal!! I went in today to deposit $800.00 in CASH, 8 cold hard crisp 100 dollar bills in a relatives account who is out of town and needed money in the account. Told NO! I was not on the account nor did I have an account with them so they would not do it? I said it's not like I'm asking for money I'm giving you money.... Asked if this was some federal rule and told no it was a Chase rule.
