The pharmacy has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever dealt with Rude, rude and rude has been my repeated experience with them. Go to Rite aid you won't waste nearly as much time as trying to get anything done with this pharmacy!

This cvs is in serious need of a face lift .it needs to get with the time's. It smells when you walk in to the store .and then you get a wife of the old carpet .YUCK. fix it please ,for your customers and your employees.

I bought an electric toothbrush/flosser for $150. It didn’t work and I took it back for an exchange. That one didn’t work. I returned it for a refund but they refused my refund because of my “return history”. This is the only thing I have EVER exchanged or returned to CVS in my entire life.

The pharmacy billed the wrong insurance for my medication. That was no problem and they quickly rectified it. They then directed my back over to the Pick-up counter. When I got there the lady I had dealt with originally rudely said “you’ll have to wait and we’ll call you” and told me I’d have to stand over there which was now a long line. I didn’t know if she meant they’d call my name or if I was going to have to leave and they call me on the phone later so I said “I don’t understand what you’re telling me to do”. She just ignored me. Just a minute later she called my name and my order was ready. I told her again that I didn’t understand what she was telling me. I then told her “you could have said it nicely”. She just clammed up and finished the transaction. No wonder this CVS has a 2.6 rating!

Came in to get one item and it happened to be locked. I asked the worker Rory if he could unlock it and he immediately gave me attitude because I wasn't specific enough about what I needed.

Very rude attendant at the consultation counter today. I went in to inquire as to why there was another gap in my automatic refills for my high blood pressure medication. This is the second gap in refills within the last 2 weeks for my medicine. Last time there was a two-day gap and they couldn't give me an explanation. This time, I went up to the consultation counter, and I saw the gentleman standing there looking at the screen, and it took him about 2 minutes to actually acknowledge my presence. Once he acknowledged me, with no eye contact, he ended up saying that he would refill my prescription momentarily. This was good, but he gave me no explanation as to why the automatic refill didn't go through yet again.When I tried to broach the subject, he wouldn't look at me as before, and I asked him if the reason was due to my insurance, the automatic text system that they offer, or the doctor? He didn't answer me, and then when I finally asked again: "can you tell me what the reason is"? he went over to me and abruptly said no, and went back to what he was doing. Then as I stood there pondering why he was being so apathetic, he told me to go ahead and wait at the other pick up line, even though he never notified me to do so before.Fortunately, the lady working at the pickup window was much nicer and cordial, and I told her about the curt gentleman at the consultation counter, and she seemed to acknowledge that he had done this before. It seems as if he's either very much on-the-spectrum autistic, or just overwhelmed and rude and cannot handle customer service at all. Hopefully I never run into this j*** again.

One star is one too many. This is the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever used. Will be changing as soon as my new insurance cards come in. After being strung along for an entire week while my prescription "processed" they confessed that that dosage would probably not ever come in and asked me to change the dose with my doctor to one they had in stock. After doing so, I came back to be told "two more days". When I told them it had already been over a week, they told me "this one just came in"

this CVS in Arroyo Grande makes their pharmacy customers wait a really long time for their prescriptions. I called 4 hours ahead of time and they said that my prescription would be ready in 2 hours. I came into the store 2+ hours later and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later it still wasn't ready.

Made an online vaccine appt for Sunday, 11am. Got here before my appt, and then had to wait 57 min BEFORE finally getting the vaccine. The pharmacist didn't even show up until appx. 11:30am, and then took three others who had 11am appointments. It wasn't until I raised my voice about waiting since 11am, that he finally paid attention to me. He said there had been a lot of shots that day, but I knew none had come in I since I had entered at 10:55am. I even received a text WHILE I was finally getting my vaccine telling me they had to cancel my appointment!! This lack of customer service was truly pathetic. Do much, much better!!!
