The ladies there are very helpful without getting in the way and hovering over you. Nice choices of furniture. I've bought several tables and a recliner. The quality of everything is excellent and so many choices to make. I wish I had a bigger house! I also called for a recommendation to hang a large picture for me. They took care of this for me that evening. I have no problem with going back if I need something else and would highly recommend Donnas to anyone looking for quality furniture!

Rude, disrespectful, and flat out unprofessional. Staff here was not nice and refused to give their name and help, put me on terminal hold. My order is late and they were unable to help with a timeline and manage expectations. Communication is important and they do not know how to communicate. I had to speak with Lori to get anything accomplished and she was very nice and helpful but at the same time didn’t really care. Standards are low and quality is poor. Do not shop here. One issue after another. You will regret.

I experienced great customer service from Caren and Lori at Donna's furniture in Arroyo Grande and would highly recommend them for your furniture, drapery and design needs. Caren was patient and knowledgeable in assisting me with many different aspects of the new home I built - from fabric, furniture, drapes, etc. I ordered nightstands from one of their furniture partners and my husband and I could not be more pleased with the high quality! I also ordered custom drapes. When they did not hang the way I thought they should, Lori had the installer come and take them down and make edits and did not charge me for any of the additional time. I had a very professional experience and would recommend them. They have a full team with a lot of experience and a huge network in the Central Coast.

Nice show room, staff is great and helpful. Waiting time for our new sofa was about a few weeks. Quality of furniture great, delivery was on time and professional.

Horribly rude owner who thinks she's the richest person in the world when she is only 11/112,334,117,019th richest person in the 805 area code. Wouldn't take a cheap couch from her is it was given to me.

Love this store. It has great variety, high quality pieces, many with a large variety of fabrics. Caren was exceptional with her assistance in helping me decide. We are from out of town and they worked with us to hold the items until they all arrived, helped load the truck and tie down the furniture. There was a bit of a problem with a cabinet closing and Scott was very helpful with suggestions to align the closers and level up the legs. The couch I bought from a national chain a couple of months before discovering Donna's is already sagging and showing wear.

Five star sales people!!!!Good selection of medium to high end.Prices reasonable for varying design/quality levels.Right store for Arroyo Grande's typical resident and those not looking for cheapo prices. Apparently no cheap, poor quality Chinese furniture which I, and many others, don't need nor, more importantly, want.

Bought a $2000 Flexsteel chair during Covid. Disabled Hubby had issues reaching the power recliner button. Spoke with the owner, Shari after not returning messages. (Search Yelp reviews under not relevant due to lack of posting there.) She was RUDE, mean and unprofessional. Finally found a fix and charged $150 for a $30 part on Amazon. Chair has since fallen apart in less than a year. Still waiting on warranty repairs. Sent letters and emails requesting help. NO REPLY! Absolutely awful after sale service and this is standard operating procedure (see Yelp) if you after problems after the sale.

I would give zero stars if I could. The before sales and after sales experience were completely different. Make sure you get everything in writing as to what they are promising to do and verify it with a manager so that you have two people verifying their service.

If I could give Donna's a negative rating I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a "leather couch" from Donna's and I specifically said I wanted a leather couch. After two years of minimal use the leather "bonding" started to peel off. I asked Donna's to replace the couch but the only thing they would do is order a replacement piece which is still not leather and I have to pay someone to install it. I even went back to Donna's to get resolution but she cowered into the back and sent some big dude out to deal with us. He wasn't going to budge, and when showing him pictures of the couch and asked if he would want that in his living room? he said "No I wouldn't". What kind of customer service is that?
