I called this shop to ask about replacing/upgrading a wifi adapter in my laptop because of some issues I'd been having and - instead of just agreeing and quoting a price - they spent some time asking me about the issues I was having and giving me ideas for doing some troubleshooting and fixing what might otherwise be causing my problems. Their suggestions worked and my laptop wifi adapter works fine without any unnecessary repairs.”
