Baley was RUDE. couldn’t keep up in drive through and said we were “stressing him out” I did have a big order so I was going slow but he was rude and very unprofessional. I work in fast food and have for the last 3 years. You shouldn’t speak to a customer the way he did to me. Learn how to do your job. He didn’t even want to look at me and shut the window in my face. 0/5

Yummy! Delicious food. The tacos were full of yummy lettuce. The staff seemed to put the food together better than we have seen. We r grateful

It's fast food. Don't ever get more than 3 stars. Had my usual fusion of the chicken fajita pita and egg rolls. They did a good job ?.

Got a meal with my dad on the way to golfing. Nice freestyle coke machine, super friendly, generous on filling sides to the brim so get bag fries. Excellent tasting burger, surprisingly good for a Jack.

*I went thru the drive thru. In my opinion. I placed a fairly simple order for 2 people last night on 08/16/2023 about 10pm. The order consisted of 1large bacon swiss burger combo.* I asked to substitute onion rings for fries and the drink I ordered was a Dr. Pepper * with minimum ice. With that part of the order I also ordered a crispy chicken Jack wrap with ranch dressing for the sauce and a slice of cheesecake. *IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO STOP AT JACK IN THE BOX WITHOUT ORDERING AT LEAST 1 CHEESECAKE SLICE! IT IS QUITE SCRUMPTIOUS!•The second part of my order was simply 1 additional Bacon Swiss Burger for my friend. Although she is someone with many specific food preferences. Therefore I took the time to preemptively inform the "woman in the box" who was taking the order. There were no other patrons in the drive thru line or inside the restaurant. I did my best to be clear, concise and audible: "Lastly, I would like 1 additional Bacon Swiss Burger customized as follows please. Please tell me when you are ready and I will give you the customization details. Okay?" When she said she was ready. I said the following details: "Besides the bun, meat and cheese. I would only like these following items. Mustard, pickles and a tomato slice. Nothing else other than mustard pickles and a tomato slice. If any of these 3 items are not typically ingredients of this particular burger. I am willing to bay extra if necessary. If it is at all possible that you can ensure they are added to this burger. If not. I would simply like the bun, the cheese and the meat and nothing else at all Incorporated into this particular burger please. I also want to be certain that this burger is not going to be a *combo. I am ordering only this custom built burger by itself alone.This is not a combo order such as was the case with the first Bacon Swiss Burger Combo in this order. " If you haven't heard my order clearly or if you have any additional questions about my order. Please ask me now because I understand that custom orders can be time consuming and confusing. It is getting late and I don't want to have to turn around and come back here tonight because this order is incorrectly filled. Okay?"The woman in the box then replied with additional questions about the custom burger and repeatedly asked about my sauce preference for the Jack Wrap which continued to remain Ranch Dressing. At some point. We heard a loud crash after which we experienced total radio silence for approximately two minutes. Followed by the sound of a few partial words spoken some static and complete silence. At which time I felt the best thing to do was drive up to the window. Answer any additional questions and then ask the woman to please repeat the order so that we are all on the same page. Then I will pay and upon receiving the ordered food. I will leave with confidence and complete certainty we are going home with the food being exactly that which was ordered. When I asked her to please repeat the order back to me. She was outwardly miffed and insulted because I asked her to say the order in its entirety to us. I saw this in her facial expression, overall demeanor and most certainly in the words she spoke to me. At which my reply back to her was in the realm of telling her *and her manager who was by that point standing beside her at the window. That's fine. My intention was never to insult or demean or in any other way criticize her *The Woman In The Box or that specific Jack In The Box on Grand Avenue in Grover Beach California specifically or the franchise or any other person associated in any way with the Jack In The Box Corporation.... And I Apologize if I have somehow made you feel inadequate. I Do See On A Regular Basis. How A Very High Percentage Of You "Me Generation" Youngsters Are Stricken With Some Sort Of A Highly Unhealthy And Quite Distasteful Over The Top Egotistical Attitude And Generally Unflattering Mannerism In The Way You Conduct Yourselves In Public On A Regular Basis. * No...
