Would not come here again. I was stopped for a 29.99 purse was told it had to be held in front understandable however I was later approached and was told they were unable to hold it overnight. Mind you it was 6:26 I then said I can buy it now and she seemed taken back. I bought it and quickly left the man who helped me a manager with my purchase was great. I would not recommend anyone to come here unless you want to be racial profiled.

Very nice staff! I had lost an AirPod and the last location in FindMy was at this Marshalls, I came in again asking someone to check the lost in found. No luck, but they wrote down my phone number and called me back a few days later and had found it! Very nice employees and very grateful they very diligent to contact me again:)

Generally, you can find great deals here, but inventory can be inconsistent. Staff is always nice and helpful. Store is often disorganized or cluttered due to shoppers not putting things back where they found them.

I always find so many unique finds here! Great customer service, speedy lines. I was in here on a Sunday evening and found an outfit I had been searching for…it was a two piece jumpsuit, the top was a small and the bottom a medium. I put it down, but later I regretted not buying it! The following day I went back for it, nowhere to be found. I searched everywhere, a manager saw me and asked if she could help me? She went to the back and found it immediately and was happy to ring me up! A special shout out to “Isabel” the manager, I appreciate when people go out of their way to be helpful. I’m going to look darn cute at that reggae concert all because of Isabel! =)

I have been coming into Marshalls forever I know the employees and actually one of the managers very friendly people until today . I am going through major health problems so it's hard for me to walk right now so I had to take breaks. I was in there longer then usual and I think security followed me around the store the whole time and they right before I left they thought I was going to run out with the cart full of stuff which I have never stolen anything...I AM AN ADULT!! I am so embarrassed!! I AM NOT SURE I CAN GO IN THERE AGAIN.

Marshalls is my favorite place to shop for home goods and clothing but this specific store just always has such a good selection! I always find too much stuff to buy! They have a really good selection and good deals of designer clothing and it’s a bonus when you find them on clearance! It’s also kept clean and organized. The lines can get really long during the holiday months but they move fast!

Huge Marshalls fan! I always find great stuff. But this review is praising a young man at the Arroyo Grande,CA store who went above and beyond with his customer service! I found a fabulous patio set and not only did he put it aside for me, but loaded the entire thing in my car and figured out a way to make it all fit!! I know he was a Mgr of some sort, but I’m sad to say I can’t remember his name. He was awesome though and I will for sure look for him again the next time I’m in the store!
