If I could give negative stars it still wouldn’t be accurate, have had a unit with this facility for a few years, never had any issues with management until today.
I was in a bit of a rush to get things done today, just trying to get in and out of the facility no hassle no problems, only to be unnecessarily harassed by the current acting manger.
Acting as if I didn’t have a unit at the facility, even though I met and talked to her on numerous occasions, only then stating I’m not obeying the unwritten “policys” that I wasn’t informed of until she became manager… only to then email me saying I will be denied access if I don’t follow these unwritten policies.
Quite unprofessional if I do say so myself, anyways the facility it’s self is nice, a bit dusty and when they have construction going on if your items aren’t stored or stacked extremely securely, you will find damaged or fallin items in your unit… wish I would’ve been informed of such before moving in!
What a bummer !

Monarch Mega Storage is the answer to your storage problem. The employees are helpful, professional and go the extra mile. The facility is clean and secure. We are thankful we found Monarch Mega Storage to help us out when we needed some extra space.

Monarch Mega Storage is awesome! They were a huge help in the process of shipping our car from Oceano to Pennsylvania. Due to timing of moving across the country and availability of car shippers, we had a delay of moving people vs shipping the car. We had to park the car somewhere safe and reliable while we left the area in our other car to start driving across country. I was stuck for what to do with the other car until a car shipper could pick it up.Monarch Mega Storage to the rescue! They had one auto storage space left and let me rent it to park the car until it was picked up. They also facilitated giving the car keys to the car shipper once he showed up … nearly a month after parking the car there.MMS was so easy to work with, they were flexible, and very reliable. Communication was always timely. And they have an online billing system to make paying the bill easy. The entire facility is new and modern and plenty of security. I highly recommend them for any storage needs.

I've been a customer at Monarch since they opened and I've been very impressed from the get go. Very clean, managers on site along with security cameras everywhere. I would recommend this storage facility to all my family and friends.

Office staff is extremely rude. Conversations are circular in nature and repetitive. I suggest finding a storage location that understands how to effectively communicate and the importance of customer service.

People that work here also apparently live on the property and are rude and they lie to customers to get them out of the storage facility so that they can go inside and stop working? Do not store stuff here.
