terrible customer service. small lobby with no actual employees on site, only virtual employees that will talk over you and disregard whatever you ask for. the manager will come out from hiding only to ignore anything you have to say. unsanitary and could not receive a refund. disappointing for such a nice area.

We took our shoes off in our room because we like to keep our space clean. Yet shortly we noticed the bottoms of our socks were turning brown. The floor had not been cleaned.I went to the office for assistance. All the fellow could do, it seems, was offer me some cleaning towels to mop the floor myself. It was too late to check out, and I was with my family, so I went to town on the floor, Zen temple style, pushing the towels back and forth. When I was done I took the filthy things back and showed him. No comps, no nothing. Just a "Sorry sir" and a doubling down. You treat a guest this way, some form of comps are in order. Disgusting floors, and simply horrid treatment of a guest for a hotel.

Beautiful view. The room was good except the TV didn't work. It was quiet. I was really taken back at check-in. There was nobody onsite to talk to. You check in through a kiosk and a video call with a representative at another site. I've used kiosks to check in before, but there was always a person around. This was just weird.Nearby activities: Pismo Pier, Monarch Butterfly Grove, Pismo Preserve

I don't understand the negative reviews. This motel is great, clean, seems new, friendly staff (over the screen in the lobby, you never meet or see anyone) reasonable price, large TV, even has a hot tub and swimming pool, both heated. The reason I only gave 4 stars is the WIFI is spotty. I need to work while in the room and the WIFI kept coming and going. Other than that, and excellent choice in the Pismo Beach area.

It's so bad. I'm writing this on 3 hours of sleep from the night before. The beds are so so so bad. I slept in the shape of a check mark for my 1 year anniversary. We're exhausted and getting ready for a 3 hour drive back home. They suggested we call but no one is here. We are leaving at 7 and getting a call from front desk with attitude that because we didn't leave at 11 we don't get any money back. But here's the thing NO ONE IS HERE. it's outsourced to someone in an office outside of the building. Who did they want us to call? Jut awful. Please don't come here. Not if you're planning on sleeping.

Absolutely awful. Please don’t go. Rude people. Awful beds. Begging for things like towels. There’s no personnel on site. It’s run via video and a kiosk. I slept for 3 hours and when we called to say something. They offered no reprise. Just attitude and said we should have called earlier. Called who? No one’s there?????

If I could give it 0 stars I would this place was disgusting we stayed here we booked two rooms and one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes and the other room the towels were disgusting we ask for a full refund but the lady in the front desk said we wouldn't be able to since we didn't complain about it that night which we didn't notice all these thing until we actually went and stayed in we checked in and drop our stuff off and left since we had a dinner reservation. No one stay here it's nasty.

Great location, next to the freeway entrances and exit, restaurants, near Nipomo, 4 cities, Avila, and other small towns. Room is really spacious, clean, and has a microwave and mini fridge.Walkability: You can walk to Panera and grocery store.

This isn't a bad place to stay on a vacation. Close to Pismo Beach within driving distance as well as shops and stores. Bathroom is a little small, as for the room nice eyes the beds that we got weren't what we were told but they were comfortable. As for the service desk kind of threw me off cuz you talk to him was Sheen or computer screen however you want to say it so there's really no manager on site that I knew about. Trying to get extra towels was kind of difficult you had to go to the front desk and get back up on the machine, you couldn't just ask the staff and even if you did unless you spoke Spanish that was the only way that they understood you. The pool and spa were kept cleaned the grounds were magnificent. It had a little seating area on the side of the office or you could look out as the hotel sat up on a hill so it gave you a nice view. The price was decent well worth it. So if you're looking for a place to stay on vacation or even a business trip I suggest go here it's not bad for the money that you pay. As for the service like I said it wasn't bad the person that you talk to on the computer screen when checking in very friendly calm patient answered every question or concerns that you had. Had a little trouble with the key a couple times but no problem in getting another one the only problem was waiting for everybody to finish due to having to talk to this computer screen. But if you can get past all of that it's not bad I will be going here again

The $35 per day pet fee is totally justifiable, however, I would expect to not walk on the previous guests white pet hair knowing I have a black hypoallergenic dog and that the pet relief areas are stocked with animal waste bags (they were empty our entire weekend stay). I know this is isn’t the Ritz… but the towels were extremely rough, might I suggest the “one manager on-site everyday” go to Costco and get some fabric softener for the greater good of the guests.Electric car charging opportunities are non existent and would be a big plus for the property if they did get them (even if the property charged a reasonable per KWH rate) and if not a dedicated faster charging set up, regular 110 outlets work great overnight. For those in an EV, the Tesla supercharger is 3 minutes away and the shopping center with the planet fitness and Starbucks has a Level 2 that is free :) about at 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

Don't let this place trick you too.Where to begin, the boogers on the wall in the bathroom or the hole in the door, evidence of domestic violence? Definitely the mattress which is a half inflated air mattress and sounds like one too. It'd be nice if they left the pump to blow it up when your bed starts feeling flat. But the worst of all, surprisingly enough, is the check in process. You may want to cancel your credit card and change your address because this place is identity theft heaven. No people, just a dude in another state or country on a digital screen in the office. He has as much personality as a tic tac. It took 30 minutes to check in and you seriously entered your personal information including credit card numbers on a screen that looks like the menu from Taco Bell. Everyone can see your information. Read that again. This place is sketchy. And not only is it sketchy, it just simply sucks. No coffee in the room, no extras like tissue or lotion, no mini fridge, no chairs or place to put luggage. For $300 a night I would rather sleep in my car. Avoid this place like the plague. Good luck and remember that air pump. Stay safe everyone.

They bed was not only the most uncomfortable, it was on wheels so would roll away from the wall and my Granny almost fell through twice. Also there is not chair available in the room, nor a tray to hold your luggage making it hard for my disabled Granny to get comfortable and get to her luggage. The rooms are barely wiped cleaned, the automatic window shades don't work and have wires sticking out of the walls. The macitence man also came to my room and asked me "if you want to party" making me feel uncomfortable. There is no manager on site, as they use an automated/ remote check-in service. Would not recommend to any woman, or family needing to stay more than a night.

Service was horrible. Couldn't stay on our bed because the matress's were shot, and the guy on zoom or whatever at the counter said they all are like that, which they were. Just find somewhere else.

Would give this Inn a zero star rating if I could. We booked a one night stay here and to begin with once you check in you are checked in by a computer screen agent who is from India (it was really hard to understand what I was being told to do with his accent), there is absolutely zero personel at the office... everything - check-in and check-out is done with this computer screen agent. I could also tell other people who were checking in/out were frustrated that they could not speak to a face to face person. Once we arrived at our assigned room we could automatically tell that the floors had not been cleaned and that there was a lot of maintenance that needed to be taken care of within the room - for example the peeling of paint on some walls, the shower head had a lot of rust and spilled water out of the shower, the toilet had a crack on the lid, etc. Even though I believe this Inn has been recently updated it took a quick down turn with all the attention needed to make this a nice comfortable stay. You book a room to relax and get a good nights rest. I could not sleep the whole night because the mattresses had a plastic covering on them, making it super noisy everytime I would turn. Also, the bed was flimsy, if you sat on the edge of the bed the bed would lean to that side and it almost felt like I would fall off. I feel confident this was our first and last visit at this inn. Do not recommend.

Very neat and clean rooms, just 2 miles away from the Pismo beach.
