  The man who attended me got frustrated and raised his voice at me because I asked twice for a darker shade of red for my baby French tips. Keeping in mind, it really didn’t take that much time to take off or apply the nail polish anyhow. The paint job is mediocre at best and he kept asking me why I get shorter nails, which, isn’t anyone’s business but my own anyway. At the end of the service, he apologized for losing his temper (even though I known full well he could have handled it more professionally), but I know I won’t be going back. This was my second time going. Needless to say, if you can’t do someone’s nails the want them to be, just say you can’t do them.

  Went to get my nails and toes done with my little one and we were welcomed and treated like friends. It wasn’t rushed and they laughed and talked to both of us. The whole team is very professional and kind. Great massage chairs :) Lots of color options and stickers!

  I appreciate coming here for my manicure and pedicure due to the convenience and ease of making appointments. Typically, I receive great results. However, my last experience was somewhat less satisfactory, as the technician seemed to be in a bit of a rush, and I noticed some inconsistencies with the filing of my nails and a few leftover cuticles. I will continue to visit the salon but would prefer to see a different technician in the future.

  It felt like they went above and beyond on my pedicure. It’s a family place, I think just husband and wife. I got a great pedicure. The massage chair was amazing but the music they played was bad.

  I’m rating Pro nails a 5 star Because Tom did very, very good on my nails absolute perfection. I just went in today for my first time and he was amazing! I very recommend coming here, they are very nice aswell.
