Bad experience! We didn't see what we liked in the store, so the salesperson showed us a catalog. We picked out a dining table and chairs. We were told by her that it takes 4-6 weeks, but probably only 4 weeks to receive our items. After we paid we were told that the chairs would take longer... How long they couldn't say. They matched the table, so we hoped for the best. a day or so later, the sales lady called and said she "found" some chairs that match the table in their storage, but they are different. We looked at them and did not like them, so we wait. After 8 weeks, I start calling about our table. Mind you there were several other calls placed, but too many details. I speak with the manager and he can't tell me when the chairs will come in, but when I press him about the table, lo and behold it is in and can be delivered the next day!! Why wasn't I called? We receive the table after 2 months! and ...it has a scratch...return... Funny thing, the exact same table and chairs are on wayfair and I could get the table in a week! Chairs are not available though. So, what was going on? Do they hold on to your money to make some extra in interest??

We shopped here before COVID and picked out beautiful bedroom and dining room furniture. The woman that helped us was so knowledgeable and did everything to make us happy. Today, we went back to buy 2 living room chairs and worked with Mae. What a pleasant salesperson to work with. She let us take our time to look at everything and answered all the questions we had. We ended up purchasing 2 beautiful chairs that will be delivered in 2 days. My only complaint would be the cost to deliver the chairs from AG to Paso. $119! That seems really steep to us. We still like the quality of furniture they have and as mentioned, Mae was a pleasure to work with.

Evelyn was the superb sales person and made my Mattress purchase an EXCELLENT price (I did price shopping elsewhere) and made the whole process easy and friendly. Never felt pressured in any way. From selection to ordering mattress for delivery to the PROMPT arrival of helpful delivery persons, it was better than expected. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

R & R Furniture is by far the best place to shop for your furniture needs. They have a very large selection of outstanding quality choices, and the customer service of all the staff is absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Jean for all of her support, expertise, and patience in listening to what we were specifically looking for. She assisted us in finding exactly what we wanted. Our gratitude also goes out to Ian, who kindly gave us price reductions as were allowed. Lastly, the delivery staff deserves thank you's as well. They arrived on time with a friendly manner, and were very conscientious to not scratch our floors while placing the furniture where we asked them to. Our experience overall was a super positive one, and we will continue to be a repeat customer in the future , without a doubt.

In my world, customer service is everything. We went to R&R specifically because we wanted the La-z-Boy brand. Bought a couch and a love seat. Three years later, a plastic part broke on the footrest assembly which rendered the footrest inoperable. We figured it wouldn't be a problem because our written warranty stated that it is a lifetime replacement on all those kinds of parts.Called the store and after some back and forth the new person working there got it figured it out and was ready to place the order. She then asked for my credit card for the $25 S&H fee. I pointed out to her that the warranty flatly states that the parts had a lifetime replacement at no cost.She tossed me over to the manager, Ian (he was our salesman when we bought) - he would not budge one inch on the issue and cut the conversation short by saying "we can order the part but only if you pay the S&H - period." I told him that it was bad customer service and that the store should absorb the cost which was charged by La-Z-Boy.If it appears cheap on my part that I didn't want to pay the $25 it would be good to remember that we spent thousands of dollars on furniture that we expected to last, or at least be able to get repaired if something broke. That's the whole point of having a lifetime warranty.A manager at the Santa Maria store told me that La-Z-Boy had moved their operations to Mexico during Covid and that their service and quality had gone downhill. Another good brand bites the dust, and another good store went the cheap route of emphasizing sales but not follow up for customer satisfaction.Oh, and when our parts came in they were not complete.

I don't understand why so few stars? We went to four different furniture stores looking for a sofa and R&R by far the best service AND the best selection-hands down. We were helped by the Amazing Sarah. She was great-without being pushy. She let us do our thing (try basically every sofa in the place-I am sure there are cameras on the various levels so we didn't do too much of our thing :)-and came back around to check in when we were finished with our speed dating of their offerings. They gave us a great deal because although our tastes are extravagant, our inflation-laden pocketbooks are NOT. We will definitely be going back for all of our furniture needs as they checked all the boxes: service, price and selection, selection, selection!

I bought a $2,200 mattress from R and B. One week later, the mattress had a giant dent in the top center where my head lays. I called R & B, and they said it’s up to me to contact the manufacture and get it replaced. I filled out the 2 page form from the manufacturer and am waiting to see what happens next.

in market for Stressless recliners and saw that r and r was a authorized dealer. walked in and met Sarah who was pleasant and professional, went to the area of Stressless and found the two of exact color and size, inquired about inventory and told that more were coming in, inquired if we could purchase ones on floor, Sarah went to mgmt and came back that they were not allowed sell them because of contract with Stresslessof not selling inventory, never heard of such a thing, so as we walked out, I stated to mgmt. over $6000.00 walking out the door. Now I am not one to just quit there, I called other Stressless Dealers near and far, and they all laughed and stated that they have never of such a rule and had no problem selling what they had. I took it a step further, I called Stressless and they stated, no such rule with any of their dealers. I called back Sarah, told her what other dealers and the manufacturer said, and advised her that her company doesn't like selling, they are there just to look at. By the way, I found exactly what we were looking for online with an authorized dealer and they deliver free, with setup across the United State with a better extra warranty to protect their customers.

We finally received our bedroom set March 24,2022. Love it! Beautiful! Other then the customer service with Savanna & broken promises from Cindy which she says due to the pandemic, it was out of her control! I was ok with the purchase when promised 3 or 4 months. All good now but took 8 months. I will never order furniture again! If I can purchase & take floor model, I'm all in.. lesson learned:)

Explained they lived in RV. Sold them a regular mattress that did not fit. RV mattresses are of different lengths. Basically said tough. 285.00 to pick it up and oh yeah no refunds unless you buy another one. You don’t have one that fits. Sorry no refunds. Never purchase anything from these less than reputable crooks. Buying another one elsewhere and donating to a homeless shelter. Thanks for nothing.

just nowNEW I use to be an employee at this location and well... I expected alot more then they can handle I guess. I was sold a lemon. Literally for 5 month we have been on the phone with RnR furniture trying to find a way to repair our $2,500.00 couch we purchased through them and they're starting to be really shady now with the repair and warranty service. The previous owners of this location would never allow for this madness to happen and with out a doubt they would replace any furniture that wasn't suitable for a family's fit. We're being robbed basically of our warranty. The foot rest on the love seat are not stable and the hardware is horrible and feels like they're going to fall off. The back sides of the love seat will lay back and tilt on there side causing your back to twist at decline. And the box spring for the big couch for the cushion on the very right was broken when picked up. This is maddening. Unless they refund or refurbish this couch. I wouldn't recommend this place. Any repairs that are approved are taking atleast 4-6 months for parts to be delivered. Thank you for making this experience horrible. My pregnant wife can't even relax and enjoy the comfort of her own home because RnR want to make every excuse and new excuse in the book. Robbed. This couch is going to hurt someone.
