Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't have the option to select no stars. I would give this company zero stars and positive recommendations. The price is outrageous and charge for every single channel which I believe should be packaged in the basic price. The should stop giving out free year phone service and work on the internet prices. Stay in the internet lane.

The cable isn't reliable it's got a weak signal or the picture is scrambled. Wouldn't use them but it's here where I live. Watch more apps that are more dependable!

The internet goes out at last once a week! The cable box has issues all the time. Went back to Direct TV.

Spectrum hidden fees ..if you cancel spectrum there's also a fee.. when you think you canceled TV phone and internet . They just keeping billing you. Then ask what day did you cancel... I would advise everyone to look at their bill.. if I could put 0 stars I would.

Don Fink provided outstanding service today. He was welcoming, informative, and respectful of me and my needs. My problem was so comfortably resolved that I will contact him again when I'm ready to buy new equipment. What's not to love about kindness in the marketplace?.?.?

I waited 2hours and 38 minutes for service. Only one staff helping one customer before me.vthen he gave me the wrong information, handed me a new modem and router which I did not need...I'm going back to return the equipment. Let's see what happens today

I knew there was hidden charges, asked and was (assured multiple times)there was none……only to have the bill doubled. Misleading practice, very disappointed. I understand there are start up costs but that should have been disclosed at sale.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I have been a spectrum customer for over 20 years, not because I like them, but because they are practically a monopoly. The have an odd pricing scheme. You get an intro price for your first year, but then they up it every year, so long term customers pay more than people who have been their for fewer years. It is crazy! It used to be you could call them and they would lower your bill (also weird policy - only people who complain get a better price?) but they don't do that anymore. Lucky for me they now have competition. When they raised my rate to $76, I first tried TMobile home internet, but did not work for my location, so then I tried Verizon home internet, and am saving over $20 a month and getting faster speeds. Another complaint about Spectrum - I almost always have to complain on BBB when something goes wrong because the usual customer service is slow and useless.
