Streator's front & back counter staff are Awesome. My wife and I walked in looking to replace a 30-year valve for an ice maker that was frozen. They set us up with a clean modern valve assembly and provided tips on how to put it in-service quickly. Thank you for the fantastic customer service

First time user of Steator.Pipe and Supply. I was apprehensive as most distributors “to the trade†are brusque to the point of rudeness when approached by one of the great unwashed general public. I was served by “Charlie†who quickly figured out the parts that I needed, retrieved them, and promptly executed the sale. A pleasant transaction, in all respects. I was “driven†to seek out Streator because of a frustrating 30 minutes at Miners, GB trying unsuccessfully to get intelligent support. Streators will now be my preferred source.
