My fiancè went into this location today to get data transferred from his dad's old phone to the new one. Mind you we had just gone to the San Luis Obispo location yesterday and bought multiple phones and paid a decent amount of money for services (had an amazing experience with SLO). The AG location is closer to his dad so he decided to try it out. He walked in and asked the gentleman working there (probably in his 20s) to help with the transfer. The guy was not only short with my fiancè but seemed to be bothered that he needed help and would rather not do his job. He said he would charge $35 for the service and my fiancè would need to wait for 45 min. Unhelpful, rude and overall an awful experience. He called me after, went back to the SLO location, and had once again a great experience. We will not go back to this location because of this experience with this individual.

Horrible experience, the person that helped my husband had no knowledge of what we were asking of her. My husband wanted to purchase a new phone and trade his old one in, all she did was help him purchase the new phone and now he is stuck with the old one and can’t get the promotion for turning in his old one because she didn’t put in that he was returning anything. Everyone there seemed annoyed and no customer service at all. If you don’t like working with people then do not work in customer service.

Just want to say THANK YOU to Thalia for providing great support to our family multiple times! She first helped move our family from another carrier to T-Moblie. Then she helped with adding 2 new lines and swapped phones among the family members 3 different times. Thalia is very knowledgeable, patient, and fast. So far everything has been great with our service and we really appreciate her support. Thanks again!

Don't let them install your screen protector. Paid damn near 40$ for a screen protector on a brand new phone and after a day it had such bubbling on the sides that it was falling off. Called in and spoke to the Assistant manager who told me there's nothing they can do unless you buy the insurance. I would not need insurance if you installed the screen protector correctly in the first place.

I went in for a phone protector and the gentleman was rude and never smiled. I asked a question about something that's been happened to my phone. His response was will I don't know if you can't explain the problem. As I was giving h info he had a rude straight face. At that time I said forget it. I paid and walked out. Why oh why can't people be more helpful when they work with the public. I will never go back again.

If I could give a zero I would. The store soldMe a gateway home internet and stated it would work in a sprinter van. It does not nor was it ever intended to be mobile. The phone resources are great but this store is horrible!!! I have gone into this store before and it is the same every time I go in. The store can be empty, there is one person trying to deal with customers and 2-3 people in the back room.I tried to return the gateway, that I should never been sold, then she asked for a receipt which if she would have had the energy to pull up my account she would have found. Then she told me I needed to print out a return label and drop it off at a UPS!!! Judy is lazy and not the best representation for T-Mobile. T-Mobile is not a bad company and the tech and billing support is great but avoid this store.

Went into the Arroyo Grande T-mobile store to get information on their internet service and was helped by Diane. She is AMAZING! She got me all signed up and literally walked me through every step I needed to do to get all my phone lines transferred from my previous phone carrier. When I came back the following day to finish up with the line transfers, Diane stayed late to assist me and was super patient when I was tech challenged. THANK YOU DIANE! You are a Rockstar!

Traded my phone in & was told I was getting a free phone for the trade. Had to sign a 2 year contract with them. I told them I was being over charged a month or two in. They said it was because the promotion hadn’t kicked in. Well I found out today it still hasn’t and it’s been over 6 months & I have a full bill for the phone the claimed was free. After they took my iPhone. The phone service itself is terrible, i hardly had signal at all in the beginning. I am very disappointed & cannot recommended anyone ever switch carriers. I also added $50 of data and my bill went from $85 to $185. So you really got to watch what goes on with your account because nothing seems to be what it says. I thought AT&T was bad but I would have never got involed with T-Mobile if I knew this is how they try and do business… I feel like I have been stolen from.

Limited choices of phones. The young lady trying to help me, knew virtually nothing about her products, and totally confused on pricing options. I left frustrated, went home to do my own research and price comparisons. They need better employee training.

T-Mobile is supposed to be known for customer service. The store manager & assistant manager could care less for their jobs. It's worth it to drive 25 min to Santa Maria then to go inside this store.
