Stayed here in Aug 2023 and Tesla charging was free. We came back in December 2023 but it's no longer free. With this perk taken away, I'm not sure if I'll return again.Other than that, the room is actually very comfortable and spacious. It is also pet friendly (with a $40 pet fee) and breakfast is included.

We stayed at the Agrarian for our group holiday party and they were very accommodating to our needs of having a party bus picking up and dropping off guests. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Airrick helped me at check in and was prepared with my party information which was so helpful. The provided breakfast was great to have ready to go in the lobby the next day. I enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future.

Lovely spot. Clean rooms. Shower is a little awkward and you may awaken to dogs barking otherwise 5

Stayed overnight recently while on a pass through town, the hotel was well appointed and very comfortable. The front desk professional and kind, checking in was simple and to the point, check out even easier. My king room was very spacious and had a nice private patio with a small seating area. The bathroom was spacious and a nice hot shower. There is an afternoon happy hour for guests as well as breakfast the next morning. All in all a comfortable stay 4 Stars worth a visit and overnight lodging00922

Airick is extremely kind and attentive. Upon arrival, we were immediately notified of the key card issue as well what to do in case we are locked out of our rooms. I didn't say anything then, because I read Sal O.s review before hand and I knew right away that he was trying to clear things up, which I though was considerate and kind. After Airick checked us in, and since I already knew this was one of the cooler spots in the area (I live in five cities but stayed here because I'm having plumbing problems at home, and my boyfriend said this place was newer and affordable too) it immediately became apparent to me that Sal O. is pretty much just a super Karen because who even spends that much time writing a review about your personal feelings towards a hotel front desk man. Airick was sharply dressed, very professional, and met all of our front desk needs. Sal O. mentioned tapping his keys on the counter which sounds like something a super lame and super entitled person would do in the first place. Sal O. "wants to talk to the manager" all the time. Have you even seen his review page? He has 20 reviews, 10 are bad and express his desire to speak to management constantly. Bro, honestly leave working class people alone. Sal O. might have some good job that gives him entitlement and he feels like every time he goes into an establishment he should be treated like a king lol I hope he realizes most people he's complaining about (like his auto zone review) work for minimum wage. People like Sal O. don't take other people's lives into consideration and he obviously wants everyone, everywhere fired. That guy sucks. Also, Airick has super rad earrings. I like that guy. Keep hiring people like Airick.

This was a cute and clean hotel at the end of the quaint downtown Arroyo Grande. The room was spacious, bedding clean with 4 square pillows per bed. The bathroom had towels and such for 4 which was nice and soaps, shampoo, conditioner. There was a cute balcony with 2 chairs. The hot tub was sooooo hot, maybe a little too much but it was nice to hang out for a bit in the evening. The free breakfast in the morning was a full one, but get there before 9:15 because they will run out and it is not replaced. Breakfast was: scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, mini pancakes, as well as juice, coffee, bagels, toast and 3 cereals. I would come back here again! You can walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, a coffee shop, ice cream and a bakery!

Absolutely Perfect! Whoever the guy was that checked us in, he was awesome! Super friendly, accommodating, went way out of his way to make our stay epic. Thank you for being excellent. This hotel is in a perfect location. Cleanest hotel room I've ever been in. Well done!

After checking all the reviews and rating, I booked this hotel for our visit and we were not disappointed at all. Spacious and clean room, high ceiling, no carpet (hardwood flooring) great if you have pets. We ended up not bringing our pups which I regretted. Front desk steward, Airrick was super friendly and helpful. Great energy! Definitely will be on our list of hotels to stay at.

Jammer.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are nearly new and clean. The location in the village is excellent. The staff is friendly.

I had to knock a star down due to where our room was in the hotel. Any room facing east will get the loud sounds of morning traffic. If you’re unlucky enough to have a diesel guest car running idle for 20 minutes forget about getting fresh air on the balcony. Also there are no queen beds onsite. However, everything else is great. Highly recommend a stay.

It's a BW Signature hotel. This one is not bad for a Best Western. I stayed here because it is pet friendly and for its location right on Arroyo Grande's old town village close to restaurants, shops, and hiking trials. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and new.
