[email protected] You work at USbank? Or a affiliated with them? I had no problems with them until now. They taken care of any fraud in the past, so why is this so different. It's like I had no control over my money. I would think that amount wired should be notified immediately! The manager says there are a lot of wire transfer going out like that all the time. But not from my account! He said once I gave the code to someone that's giving the ok to take my money? Without a phone call? Without verbal permission? Sorry I'm not satisfied what he is telling me! My US Bank branch doesn't answer the phone so I had to drive to the location to talk to a teller. There was one other customer in the bank when I arrived. I asked why they didn't answer the phone and was told that there are only 3 tellers on Saturday and if they are each with a customer no one answers the phone. I said I was going to complain to the manager whom I have known for years (as a customer) and was told that he is also frustrated with the policy but that is just the policy at US Bank. Even the branch manager cannot affect policy for his own branch. I was so happy with Union Bank for over 30 years! They spoiled me because I have come to expect the same service from US Bank but it isn't going to happen. I think I will switch to Mechanics Bank!

Absolute stupidest bank I've ever experienced. I've had an account with them for less than 1 month and already had the worst experiences ever! First day I deposited atleast $800 bucks to open an account. I didn't get access to the app for about 2 days. Then I deposit a check on a Friday into my account, but get a hold on it until the following Friday! Then today I get a call from the bank and they say, my ID doesn't match the address I put on file, so they froze my whole account until I send proof of address change which I did. And then they tell me in 2-3 business days they will lift the hold! Seriously not even 1 month with this stupid bank and they have made it impossible for me to touch my own money. The day they lift my hold is the day I close my account. I strongly recommend banking anywhere else, and I seen that US Bank is also on the top 5 worst banks in America... should have known

Rated as an ethical/honest bank. We moved to US Bank from Wells Fargo after all their fraudulent behavior. We are very happy with the services they offer. Very helpful customer service.

I was able to open a bank account when I walked in. The next door Chase bank wanted me to make an appointment for the next day, but US Bank saw me right away. Friendly and effective service from Linda and Oswin. Oswin gave me a lot of information about the checking account and different charges and how to avoid penalties.

Richard the bank manager is a very nice man, everyone who works at this bank is very nice. Never had any problems here. Always smiles when i walk in.

ATM card expired. New card didn't come. Got one in person. It didn't work. Supposedly they shredded it and gave me another one. Several months later, 3 fraudulent charges appear on my statement. I called the customer service line, they cancelled the debit card that was used. Did not credit back the charges. Said I would need to sign papers being sent in the mail. 8 days later nothing came in the mail. Went back in person, was told due to report already on file, just call the number again. I withdrew my balance and will cancel my direct deposit.

My favorite bank! All the branch staff r so kind and remember me every time i go in! The only branch i prefer to go to, i feel like family!:)

U.S. Bank is the best bank I've been to and I have a few accounts other places. I am seriously considering moving all my accounts to U.S. Bank because of the amazing service. I walk in and the girls know my name and make me feel so special. I would recommend U.S. Bank to all of my friends and family!!!!
