This is to vent my frustration and disappointing. For a company that provides services to the automotive industry. I'm speaking of AAA from Southern California They are always very reliable in my experience with small vehicles and flat tires, batteries. But I do not get the same experience even though I'm paying a premium for RV towing. let me tell you my story, yesterday, Friday I was taking off to the desert looking forward to Halloween celebrations. I broke down in my RV half a block from my house. I was disappointed that I have taken place so I told my wife OK well just call AAA and we'll take it to our local car mechanic which is 2 miles away from my house. so I followed up with a phone call around 4 o'clock approximately because my mechanic closes the shop at 5 PM. I spoke with the owner at Ray Amotive. off of Artesia and Bellflower. He told me let me give you my personal cell phone number and call me when the tow truck gets there and I will leave my house and open the yard for your RV to go in, I was very thankful and appreciative of this gesture. I continue to wait for AAA to contact me, but they never did. I continue to call follow-ups every two hours until the final call at 9:30pm. I called Ray and told them that it's just way too late for me to get him out of his house and once again, he extended his kindness and told me to call him tomorrow morning, and we will do the same thing. Call him when the tow truck is on his way. well, I received the phone call at five in the morning from AAA asking me if I still needed service I said absolutely and I explain to them that the shop will be open till 12 o'clock. I received a call at five in the morning from AAA asking me if I still needed service I said absolutely. They told me to call at 9 AM so they can put another order in for a service request. When I called they didn't know anything about my call from the previous day. and they needed all my information again including my membership card number this really made me angry agitated, but I kept my cool. Sure I received a call from my service provider and he told me that it would cost $1200 to tow my vehicle to miles but of course AAA will pick up $500 of that fee. I expressed to them that this was not feasible and outrageous. so I told AAA that I will call them back but they continue to have my car. Thank you. sorry I'm almost done with the story. It's just that I'm still upset. so I called Ray again and I explained what was taking place and he told me let me get a hold of a couple of tow companies for you and see what I can do within 15 minutes. Ray got me a tow truck to my house the tow truck, driver was extremely polite and nice hooked up my rig and took it to Ray. Ray told me that this is probably going to cost me about $300. I agreed to it and then he told me don't worry about paying anybody. I will just take it in the shop and I'll get you an invoice when we're done repairing your RV on it. call AAA and cancel the work order and ask for a reimbursement of funds. We'll see what happens. This all started on Friday October 29th 2 PM now I feel a little bit better. I have expressed my NEGATIVE experience on their facebook page . Nobody has reached out to find out what happened or at least to have a dialogue regarding my service or better yet the lack of service. I am not saying they're a terrible company. I'm just saying that my experience this particular time did not meet my expectations. In addition to that the approximate quote of $1200 to tow my RV 2.2miles it was just unbelievable and out of touch with reality. With this toxic economical environment, find ourselves in. Eventually, I called a independent tow company. They were propped in approximately 20 minutes. There was a heavy duty tow truck at my location. I don't understand why AAA auto club from California could not deliver service when I mostly needed it. The cost of my toe as the driver put it it was $150 per hour. By the time they dropped it off at my mechanics place.

One of the worst experiences, been a member of auto club for 28 years. Signed my son up for drivers training. The training sessions only come in one hour increments, and scheduling in the portal pretty much makes it one appt per month. I got a last minute cancellation from Richard which was understandable, things happen. He called and was able to reschedule to another date, which caused inconvenience to me, but I made it work. Show up to the appt Carlos garcia. They double booked the appt. He said under his breath he doesn't do first time drivers training and took thr othet appt. Didn't even acknowledge my son there. Rude and unprofessional. Asked for a refund, and they gave a refund minus 75.00. Minus 75 for what. Did absolutely nothing. I'm honestly considering moving my auto and home insurance out of auto club. Money isn't the most important thing to me. But tell me why I should pay a penalty for s*** service? So there's a service charge if cancelled within 3 days, and no way to get appt within 2 weeks to experience the s*** service.

everything was safe I had to fill out a form put on my mask there was social distancing and before even going in there I had an outside login to find out what I needed to do I went inside and Andrea took care of all the needs I had wonderful girl.
