I have been using this Atlas to send our balikbayan box to my hometown in Philippines and had real great people around their business. Today just missed the man who was picking up our boxes missed him because he said on his text between 11-1 so i left went to bank get some cash for fees. I came home it was not even 11am yet so I do packing the boxes. Done & almost 1PM not seeing anyone for pick up? Waited passed 1pm none... So I called it is voicemail leave message to them... no ones call me back. Called finally someone pick up the phone the man who came he said he came here eatlier but no ones home. I said sorry i was out & asked is there anyone picking up my box? He said later non-time. What was this kind of treat ur customer like this? I hope u get what u want later..

Sent my box since October 6,2022 and was assured my box wld arrive in the Philippines before Christmas and a maximum of 2months to get there but as always, they failed to deliver ! The same reasons was given multiple times! ETA arrival has been changed 5 times due to their reasons that it was the shipper that was delayed! Given delays...shouldn't my box arrived Dec 6 2022 or even 2nd week of dec for a total of more than 2months? And that being said, my box ETA arrival again has changed to Dec 26,2022! AFTER CHRISTMAS!!! well who knows if that wld change again, they may come up with a new alibi! Thou they didn't deliver as promised ,they never compensate their clientele or even update us regarding delays! You wld actually have to monitor your box if it gets there as promised due to this shipper being unreliable! I had six boxes to schedule for pick up by nxt wk but having experienced their unreliability i wld definitely not send or use this shipper and so with my whole family, relatives and friends wld be shifting to another shipper company! You lost our business!

Sent my boxes September. Eta was supposed to be early November. Until now wala parin! Eta kept on moving. Ngayon January na! 4 mos to get your boxes there? Meron pa silang Christmas guarantee. Will never use this company again. Kasabay ko na LBC nandun na November. Napakawalang kwenta na kumpanya

WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE this company! Their Bacolod City Agent stole my Jr. box they did not deliver the small box only the big box. I made a call and follow up on the jr. box they said they will deliver it next week and that would be Feb. 10 or Feb.11 my mom waited for the small box but it didn't come. Today, Feb. 19, 2022, I made a call again and they said they are looking for the jr. box. So, I believed they stole my Jr. box. If I could give '0' I would definitely rate them '0'.

WORST shipping experience ever. Dropped off my box on Dec. 21. My tracking code says it wasn't loaded into the container until Jan. 4 and did not even depart the origin facility until Jan. 18. When I checked my tracking code again in February, the shipment date was updated to March 8, over three months later than the estimate and double the time that customers are told their boxes would arrive. NO STATUS UPDATE PROVIDED BY ATLAS. I received the first call from Atlas today, only to tell me that they revised my ETA to April 5, over four months since drop-off. Only reason they gave is that the "shipment lane is congested" (and omitted the fact that it's still "in California" until I called). No, my box has not even left the States yet. Why update the customer only two days prior to the revised ETA? Most of the food and goods in my package will be expired by the time they arrive to my family. On top of this, Atlas REFUSES to give me even a partial refund. I understand delays due to the pandemic, but the lack of communication and consolation is a TERRIBLE customer experience and policy that they refuse to improve. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never using Atlas ever again, and you should not waste your time or money with Atlas, either. If I were you, I'd go with another vendor.

I have shipped 4 boxes from here to the Philippines . After waiting for a couple months, they have arrived safely and as neatly as I have packed them. They have tracking as well, so you can be assured you know where you box is all the time. The prices are not bad and they replace the boxes you use to ship (as long as they were from Atlas). They only downside here is they only take cash or cheque. I have also remitted money twice to different accounts and they were received by my family on the same day. Exchange rate is not bad and the $8 transfer fee is pretty reasonable.

Shipping by air is no brainer. It came to the recipient 11 days. Kinda fast because the shipment was delivered to Southern Mindanao. Good job! Atlas shippers International. I'll do business again! All crew members from the original origin are friendly and supportive,

If I could give zero! For so many years, I hoped that this company will improve their service, sad to say...it gets even worse! Everything I send a box, there's always delays...takes 3months!These people are only after the payments and no responsibility at all. Box takes forever to be delivered even for metro manila.

Takes a couple months but always gets there. Use atlas macho box, very big, fits alot of stuff.

De La Cruz Sheryl 55m · Atlas Shippers International you are my worst disappointment so far in sending a box, your 30 to 35 days became 60 days now and still no delivery. called uncounted times in all your numbers not even ones someone answer. I message your FB page and most of the time "SEEN" we called your office and for 10 times 10 people you ask the same thing " active contact number" duhhhh 1) we provided that the day of pick up. 2) we provided that from the first up to the last person we speak to everytime we inquire. Im assuming you don't input information in your system for you to ask the same things all 10 of you. My first and last commissioning your service. What irk me so bad, inside that box were stuff we needed for our upcoming medical. Im giving you -0 rate.

worst cargo ever. they picked up my 3 macho and 2 small boxes way back in oct 26. 1st they said the 2 macho/junior box was a split shipment. both were delivered before xmas the other macho/junior box atlas screwed up big time. the small box arrived manila in 12/11/20 but did'nt deliver it till 01/07/21. again their reason was split box. when i was checking way back in dec it doesn't say it was split box. they said the macho box will arrive 01/05/21 guess what it didn't arrive. then they changed it to 01/12/21 then couple days later they changed to 01/26/21. today i called, they said it just arrived last manila lat night and wiaiting for driver to deliver it. even got the nerve to say they will prioritize this box. oh btw, the jr box every time i called they said they will expdite it for delivery way before xmas. lol yah right. they didn't deliver till 01/07/21 and it was only in marikina. will nevber use atlas again!!!!

Worst Cargo Ever! Our package hasn't been delivered to our loved ones back home in PH! They told us that our package will be delivered BEFORE christmas, but New Year have passed already and yet it hasn't even arrived in the port Manila! You guys should've told us that this things could happen so we can use other couriers! It's been freakin 2 months!!!
