Everyone with the exception of one of the pharmacists (the shorter Asian female pharmacist is great) is RUDE! They get attitudes when you ask them questions regarding your insurance covering your prescription cost. I've been spoken to in a very disrespectful/ argumentative tone and also placed on hold mid sentence and then hung up on over the phone by one of the Hispanic female techs that works at this location. They need to clean house in regards to everyone except the pharmacist due to their poor customer service.

Courteous, quick, knowledgeable and friendly service every time. Changed my pharmacy from a nearby location to this location because of this stellar customer service. They even remember my name!

Checkout table , need to be more trained , they are mostly are impolite and not listening to your questions. Even the aged lady is vey rude and demanding

Zero Rating...The restrooms here are disgusting. No soap to wash your hands and used dirty toilet seat covers and toilet paper on the floor and looks like some smears of something. This is In both restrooms. Looks like they haven't been cleaned all week! Unsanitary and gross! Btw... not to mention I had to use the sanitizer wipes in the dispenser at the front door to clean my hands and those were dried out.

Interned at the pharmacy here. Five stars for the younger female Asian pharmacy technician that was always super supportive, friendly, and helpful. Negative fifty stars for the older Indian technician lady who was always nasty, rude, and condescending. Hope I never have a technician on my staff like her. Not recommending pharmacy students to intern or do rotations here.

I bought the wrong shade of hair dye from CVS (Oh No!!!) and I needed to exchange it. Jacob was the cashier who helped me. The cash register wasn't cooperating, but he kept at it until it worked. I got the same exact product in my shade. He is a great employee. Lucky I came when he was there.

Whoever answers the phone for the healthcare provider line is really rude. I asked for a simple fax number and she spoke so fast I had to ask her again. If that's the case, a normal being would speak slower but she spoke fast again. So I had to make sure I had the correct number so I can fax an important message for a patient. She gave me an attitude. (She sounded like a Karen) Please train your employees to be more professional.

Rude cashier "Toriona " stood there and argued with me about returning. Didn't even bother to look up the transaction on my card since I had the card I payed with. She said they don't do that. Mind you they have done it at other CVS stores before. Girl looked like she hated her job.

Set an appointment online to come get my flu shot. After I get there, they let me know they don't take either insurance I have, one being Tricare (for military). Didn't end up getting my flu shot here but the pharmacist was very nice and helped me out a ton. She even directed me to the closest place that'll take my insurance, their competitor, Walgreens. Everyone was following proper covid measures and they had huge bottles of hand sanitizer out for customers. The shelves were stocked at CVS, employees were all wearing masks and they limited the capacity. Hits the mark for me, 4.5/5 stars.

Made an appointment for the flu shot at 1PM and it is now 1:46 and still waiting. What is the point of making an appointment? I will gladly go to Target next time.

I'm a Walgreens guys, so take this review for what it's worth. Welcomed with dingy old carpet, lack of cashiers at the front & lackluster aisles of merchandise, this CVS is a neighborhood drugstore that really needs an overhaul in aesthetics, among other things. As a consumer, I don't find the shopping experience is as what it should be. While it's admirable of CVS to no longer sell tobacco products across the board, the amount of paper coupons printed out from the ExtraCare kiosk is downright atrocious. Speaking of which, I can't recall in recent (and kinda recent) memory when the ExtraCare kiosk was actually operational. I scan my ExtraCare card every Sunday for the latest coupons. Here, the machine seemingly has a permanent "out of order" sign taped to it. You'd think management would have better quality control for it's operations, but alas, you'd be wrong. With a Walgreens just across Artesia Blvd. & 2 other CVS' closeby in Lakewood & Hawaiian Gardens, I really can't justify patronizing this location. The ExtraCare kiosks print just fine, especially the blazing fast Hawaiian Gardens kiosk. I say pass on this location.
