“I came here for my bday and we had such a great time! My big pull for choosing this location was they allow you to shoot shotguns in the range. That’s pretty rare. If you want to shoot a shotgun, you typically have to go to an outdoor range. The staff here went above and beyond to make our shooting experience seamless. They even gifted me a t-shirt for my bday. Overall, the price, cleanliness, organization of the range, and the staff make this location an easy choice. I highly recommend coming here.”

“I learned today to take the time to look for the experienced employees, taking time to listen to “the guys behind the counter.”I went to the Turners Signal Hill today to fill a spool with line for bass fishing.The associate at the counter, David Chaney took the time to share his experience in the field, and spent 45 min with me, showing me tricks and techniques while showing me how to put together a variety of “quality” bass jigs.While Mr Chaney helped customers in between jigs, he really took his time and went out of his way to help (me) a customer and share his passion, knowledge and experience.Turners should be proud. “I came in to DWS about a month ago looking to get a slide cut and optic cut and black cerakote on my g19 slide. Pedro took care of it and the slide came out so bitchin. Yes there are lead times and it seems like people are having problems with the lead times. If you want quality work done, sometimes it’s not done in a day or two. But the work performed here is quality”

“I’ve been to many gun shops and for the most part I’m not greeted, maybe one or two shops have greeted me. That said I’ve never had a problem with this store other than my first visit I didn’t know you had to sign in and get called on to be helped to buy a gun or ammo pretty much anything over the counter like Turner’s. They should have a big sign stating you have to sign in to be helped for new people because the place could be packed at times. Like I said other than that I’ve bought rifles, pistols and ammo without a hitch. I’ve purchased and preordered online and everything went smooth. Im not looking for a smile or someone to go the extra mile. As long as the employee is knowledgable to the questions I ask and I don’t get a bad attitude that’s all need. Look on their website and they do have good deals.”
