This bank has worst service. Do not go there unless you have an account with them. I wish I can give them zero star if I could. They ruined my day by treating me like a crap.

Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Best customer friendly service and policies. Do you really want to spend hours on the phone fighting Wells Fargo or BofA for outrageous fees?

They keep your deposit in cash and start processing which shows Pending after a couple of days later. Just give you a hand written deposit slip. No wonder why?????

They have most worst customer service. It's the closest to me that's why I have to go. Multiple Tellers just looking and not serving. On busy days they have few tellers. I could go on on and but the worst ever when serving a customer.

What type of bank charges fee to close an account?! As I went to close my account, without asking she start counting cash for withdraw. I asked her whether that was for me? Close to $6000. And she said yes. So I asked for cashiers check instead and she charged me $5. Huh? What? According to the teller, it's their policy. I'll never bank with Hanmi.
