“Everything happened as expected and as it should. My former insurance co. refused to renew my policy because of 2 accidents. I was in a panic and checked with several insurance agencies. But I could only find auto insurance at ridiculously high costs. I found Allco Insurance agency through a radio add and spoke with their agent, Marisol who was friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. She found me a company that gave me high insurance coverage for a very reasonable rate, considering my driving record. “Linh is the most amazing insurance agent I’ve ever dealt with. I only had a small vehicle insurance policy with him but he treated me like family and went above and beyond for me. Most agents would have pushed me off or just taken their sweet time to reply. I can’t tell you the number of times Linh picked up the phone well outside of office hours, late at night or on the weekend to handle something I’m sure was minuscule but he had made a priority because he knew it was important to me. From getting me a new policy that was cheaper because the current policy company had changed its terms to getting me a refund he always took the time to handle it with expediency. To top it off, he is sincerely one of the nicest people you’ll ever chat with. Very warm and sincere, you can feel that he is honest and then backs it up by providing world class service. They found us cheaper policies and saved us enough money to be able to add an umbrella policy that gives even more coverage than we had with our previous insurance company.
