This hotel always has really nice people that are working here, I would strongly suggest this Hotel. Rather than the searle motel in long beach & any other Hotel In Lakewood or Bellflower, CA..?

Best motel I've been in next to Microtel .It has a great location for a motel , close to everything I need. I will be using this location again.

Nice and perfect place to stay and enjoy the theme parks or the scenery nice staff the front desk are very courteous and patiently with the guess and the rooms are very affordable and comfortable would really recommend the rode way to anyone thank you rode way for the hospitality

RUDE STAFF !
Stayed at this hotel for two weeks from april 19th - may 3rd. We were nothing but friendly guests and clean guests. Despite the uncomfortable beds and dull colours in the room it wasn’t bad and we didn’t mind too much. Upon checking in we were asked for $100 deposit that would then be refunded upon checking out and should be back in our account within a week. We checked out no problems, nothing in the room was broken so we flew home with ease expecting our refund. WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I just phoned the hotel to enquire about it after they ignored multiple emails I have personally sent and the man was very rude. Telling me to check my account and it should take 2-3 days. I told him multiple times it had been 3 weeks and he was EXTREMELY rude. He was shouting at me down the phone and super unhelpful. Very rude staff that rob you and don’t return money when said they would. I’d also like to put that there are so many people who stand outside your hotel coughing all night long. It was so bad we had to nickname them “coughalot.” If i don’t hear back about my refund of my deposit I will be taking further action against this hotel as this is beyond a joke now.
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!

Brian checked me in early and for no charge because he recognized that I was a diamond member!!! Room 203 5/16/25 - 5/19/25. The room is immaculate!! The cleanest and greatest conditioned Rodeway I've been to!! I will definitely stay again the next time I'm in town. I'll recommend this place to everyone I know as well!! Definitely a great deal!!!! Thank you Brian!!

This is my 3rd or 4th time coming To Road way Inn. in Artesia/ Cerritos Staff and Cleaners so far have been very accommodating and always ask if i need anything when im here 2 to 3 days they saved my phone charger for me when I came back .The rooms are very spacious. Clean There were NO bugs each time I came ... ..This time I brought my daughter with me she gets her own rooms . . We both work in the area close by .so hopefully this will be a place we can enjoy coming too. . When needed .. Thank you UPDATE .My Daughter isn't happy with her room there is a big hole in the wall by the restroom .and she said her microwave is filthy . She won't be able to drink coffee in the morning before she goes to work.. So far I haven't had any complaints with my rooms ...pictures are of my Daughter's room..... room 221

I made reservations a day before arrival. I did it over the phone. I drove from Arizona. I got there late around 1:37 am. It was quick and easy to check in. I was so exhausted from driving that I wash my face and brush my teeth and I put beauty cream on my face. Then sleep until the before 7:00 am. I took a quick bath before I head out the door. The service was good. The TV didn't turn on. I didn't have a chance to call the front desk about it. I was tired already. I would reserve a room soon.

i tried to call this place 8 times to cancel my reservation for july in january and no one answered the first 7 times. the 8th time i called someone finally answered, asked for my first and last name and then asked for me to call back in 2 minutes. once i called no one answered once again. horrible service. if i could rate 0 stars for service i would.

A good location to stay if you're going to knottsburg farm and Disneyland as it is about halfway in between the both.Very pleasant people and very accommodating

The mattresses in the hotel rooms are all no good. Room 122 was the worst experience for sleep.
