“Joan is the best storage unit manager you’ll ever find. She’s been working here for 18 years and knows her ins and outs. She will treat you like family. They do in fact have space for an 18 wheeler to unload if you looking for that as that as well. Which was the reason I came in initially! So 100% would recommend to rent here over any other place.”

“Extra storage has been a great experience. We were in need of a space short term and on short notice. We were easily able to schedule a storage space and at a reasonable price. Furthermore, during the day of the move we realized our space would be insufficient and in short time they were able to solve our issue. “I easily made a reservation on the website, called & confirmed I could come in earlier. Met two personable & friendly ladies one of whom was Tiffani. She offered to show me the unit, I 1st declined but Tiffani looked at me like you sure & I (thankfully) decided to check it out. I needed one 2x bigger for sure! She made the whole process smooth & we were quickly finished. So appreciate the respectful, kind, helpful & friendly attitudes of everyone I met as you cannot always expect this nowadays”
