The Filipino masculine lady was so inconsiderate and unhelpful and time wasting. She is efficient in many aspects but there were simple solutions that could have been made but she chose to waste my time and I had to get in line 3 times just to finally get a label.
I was not asking for anything free I was just needing a solution and of course willing to pay. HUGE disappointment and disrespect to me as a customer. HUGE.
She didn’t even let me pay for a label. Ridiculous.

I had always dropped my mail in the lobby slot, on three occasions the mail never made it to the addressed. Two of the occasions my checks were fraudulently altered and cashed, fortunately I noticed and notified my financial institution right away and they were reversed. Definitely a “inside job”. Not a secure place.

Do NOT drop your package off WITHOUT getting a receipt! I have made the mistake twice of doing this and BOTH times, they ended up “losing” BOTH of those packages without trying to check to see if it has left the location. I had filed a missing mail search about a month ago and still have not heard from them.
I have shipped here at least a hundred times and each time I have always scanned them at the kiosk and gotten a receipt without any transit issues. 1 out of 50+ times this has happened where my package didn’t get scanned for receipt and then I get told, “it is not showing in our system.” Imagine that! This is no coincidence. Sounds like someone knows if a package was scanned and receipted or not and steals them… because it wasn’t showing in the system, right? Super suspicious how they refuse to dig into the case, almost like they are trying to hide their tracks and save face.
I am now stuck trying to prove that I had dropped it off. I am out a package and my earnings for it.

As I was waiting in line, I noticed the lady with really short hair had a serious attitude problem. I thought to myself - I hope I don't land right there, and sure enough, I did. I was there to open a PO Box, but because of her attitude, I ended up just walking out without completing the transaction. Forget her. The thought of dealing with her for the next 6 months was too much. I'm going to open my PO Box in South Central down the street from where I work. The area is kind of rough, but the staff there are friendly and accommodating.

Our mails kept getting returned to the senders. When we called to inquiry the reason, the employees were rude and not wanting to help.

I mailed to envelopes containing checks , 4.30pm 06-30-23, was stolen from mail box inside postal office 6-30-23These is unacceptable because who stole and same person deposited that check into his account by 8pm 06-30-23BEWARE OF ARTESIA POST OFFICE FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES

Ive met different usps workers across the country and most of them are unfriendly but the short hair lady with glasses is the worst usps employee Ive ever met. She is always angry, rude, and does not want to help out. Every time I ask something she would play d*** not wanting to help out. Most of the time she would tell me to go back home to do the work she was suppose to do but when I get different employee I get things worked out perfectly fine. Please if you hate your job and don't want to do it then just find another job.
