This place is not open 24hrs like it is advertised on Google. Tonight I went there at 1:45am and it was closed there was an employee cleaning there and he flashed me the peace sign ✌️ and I left.

The morning woman makes you lean across the counter for your change or to retrieve your purchased items
She will go outside until a line is formed inside and someone has to call to her to come in and give us service. Rude. Sometimes on the phone when giving service.

AM/PM in Arvin, where do I start!? You lack customer service, your employees are too busy on their phones to even greet or acknowledge you walking in. Your pumps are always messed up and the employees seem to not care no matter what time of the day it is. They act like you owe them something. This morning I saw between 2-3 cars leave because the pumps weren't working. I myself had to move 3 times. ?♀️.

The customer service here is not great. They do not attend in a timely manner and I've experienced lousy attitudes from their workers.

Went last night to check my lotto tickets and buy some more, the lady behind the register seemed to be having a bad evening. Her attitude was shitty and when she checked my tickets she said they weren't winners. She was going to throw them away and I asked for them back because I knew I had one mega number which was a couple dollars. I don't frequent this place often only when visiting family. But I would not recommend going her simply because of my one experience.

Watch your change. They will try to take your change. Had $2 and about 40 cents in change but the young lady only gave me $2 and looked at me with a worried look. Wasnt that bad since I was tipsy and didnt want the change so i walked away but I dont trust them. This was around 12:50am on September 25.

All the gas pumps are broke or not working right. For a newer place it's dirty, but hey it's Arvin so it fits in. Drive into Bakersfield or Tehachapi skip this place and town altogether!
